Today was my 3 month old daughters first day in daycare. I was a nervous wreck but the lovely ladies at lawrence day school made it a lot easier for me. I even got a call after a few hours to update me on how my daughter was doing! When her grandmother picked her up, she was peacefully sleeping and woke up in a great mood. I would recommend lawrence day school to any new mom and have full confidence in the staff at lawrence day school.

To the previous review written by Khartik Seetharaman, it is with great sadness that I read your review and realized just how cruel you must be to post something so illegitimate for the public to read. I must stand up for my school and in doing so will defend every bit of what you stated in your review. First off, your wife signed a contract which (clear as day) stated that the "registration fee is non-refundable," and in order to pull your child from the program we require "one month's notice." This has always been our policy and I am sorry if you were not satisfied with this. You should have taken the time to read the contract before signing and enrolling your child. You then went on to state how unsafe and unprofessional our staff are and the "risk" in enrolling your child at our school; if you felt that this was the case, then why did you bring your child in the following week for 3 days to make up for your paid tuition, especially if you felt that we were such a "risk?" You also went on to mention that many "informed" parents are "ignoring this place." Unfortunately we cannot make every parent and child happy, however, we maintain our best to try and do so. I will go on to say that this statement is absolutely invalid as I have toured 3 families this past week solely based on recommendations and all of the positive information that they have received in regards to our school. Thus, in closing, please do not attack our school, as I do not know your story as to why you skip around from school to school, but I would not write a public review in regards to your well-being.

This is the WORST day care in the world. If you want your kids to be mistreated, then go to this place. The staff is very unprofessional though they may claim they have been in the profession for many years. I went there to enroll my 4-year-old kid. I witnessed how badly the kids are being treated first hand. I would definitely not want any of these folks near my kid. Unfortunately, I had enrolled and paid the deposit and first-week payment before I could witness it. They would not return the money nor would they give me a receipt for the money I paid. The staff was very rude. Now, I don't wonder why many "informed" parents are ignoring this place routinely and enrolling their kids elsewhere. There are a lot of other better places in the neighborhood. I enrolled my kid in another place and she is a happy camper. DO NOT waste your time, money and RISK having your kids mistreated here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this school and the owner is so nice and caring and can help you anyway you need it. My daughter cries to go in the morning and refuses to leave at night time. She is learning a lot and it definitely shows. Thank you!!
