Great showroom, great products and most importantly, great staff. The salesperson (Ethan Winn) helped us through with prompt followups and coordination with our contractor. He worked out scheduled delivery that made the whole project easier and worked within the timelines that we have anticipated. Great experience with Ethan & Ferguson!

Ethan was awesome!! He helped me pick out a soaking tub for my new bathroom and a few other things. He was really helpful with advice and best practices. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!!!

Tracy, Ashlyn and Ethan of Lawrenceville, NJ were so kind and helpful with my order, responding to my calls and emails. More consultants like them would be a better place in this world. Ferguson always appreciate consultant's like these who work so hard to make your store a place where you would want to order products for your remodeling needs. Fantastic customer service and amazing results! The customer service here was thorough, helpful, and friendly. Before working with the staff at Ferguson, I didn’t know where to start and was really overwhelmed. Everyone I worked with really made the whole process easy and stress-free. Will be returning + 10/10 recommend!

I visited this location in December to purchase a sink and faucet. Katie greeted me with a warm smile and a great personality. She answered all my questions and concerns. She went over all my options and found me the sink and faucet I was looking for. Thanks Katie!

Show up with my wife and son prime time on a Saturday and the doors were locked. Sign on the door says you must call to book an appt on saturdays. Nowhere on their website does it say that. We call to see if they can squeeze us in (mind you it looks completely empty inside and kind of dark when you look up to the second level) and no one answers the phone. Another family walked up right after us and also left. Not wasting my time coming here again. Too bad because we were ready to buy. ??♂️

Hard to find location in Lawrenceville. it's on the second floor in an outdoor mall.Then you need an appointment to speak to a sales representative. We waited almost an hour for a salesperson. The show area was impressive. Lot of high-end stuff to look at.The sales person was nice but not much help. Same info was online. I was shopping for a walkin bathtub. After confirming the price I ordered online from Ebay. 30% cheaper.

Absolutely horrible customer service and it looks like other reviews are consistent with mine! I honestly felt like they judged me from the second I entered the show room. It's almost as if the employees see a person walking in they put a headset on to pretend they are busy so they don't have to interact. I've never seen anything like it! I was literally the ONLY person in the entire show room for over an hour this afternoon, during a major thunderstorm with hail coming down and tornado warnings (so I couldn't walk out to my car easily). During that time, not one person ever asked me if I needed help while I was there. I finally asked a random employee walking around where the Kohler products were (since it wasn't clearly labeled) and he acted like he was annoyed, then pointed to an area far away rather than taking me to the specific area. I also asked about appliances and he said speak to Tom (I had no clue who that person was). This employee also told me just to look at Build.com as a way to figure out what "I want". After roaming around for a while, trying to figure out things on my own, I finally had to seek out "Tom" for questions regarding appliances. I kindly asked a random woman, of course with a head set on pretending not to see me, that I'd like to speak to Tom for spec sheets for appliances. She rolled her eyes, sent a message to Tom on her computer and told me to "stand by that vanity so Tom can find me in the showroom". Tom finally found me in the show room and his desk was literally on the other side of the wall from this woman. Tom was extremely impersonal and as I was walked around with him asking questions about appliances, I literally saw the other employees rolling their eyes at me in a back room office space. I worked with Ferguson at their Ringoes location and they were great! But the employees at this location we awful!

After attempting three times to order lights from this location, leaving information with this location and the online team, I have yet to be able to order lights. This company has taken a simple process and made it impossible. I will be driving to Capital Lighting where there is actual customer service and a team that is interested in actually working with their customers. Do NOT waste your time.

Tom and Mikayla are fantastic! We were doing a major remodel of our kitchen and we shopped at many places before deciding on Ferguson. I thought that after all my research and visits to other places that I knew everything I could possibly know about the Thermador package we were honing in on. Tom's knowledge took it to the next level. Ordering appliances in the pandemic is a nightmare for most. Our expectations were managed and the communication after order was good. We'd get quick responses when we had questions. We needed sinks, faucets and lights so we worked with Mikayla. She was patient and spent lots of time with us. I tend to overanalyze things but she had informed responses to everything. There were some hiccups (ours and manufacturers) along the way, but all were resolved very quickly and with little effort from us. The level of support and expertise Tom and Mikayla brought was second to none, and I'm super picky. We are close to having our dream kitchen completed. I wish everyone else we worked with had things together as well as Ferguson, Tom and Mikayla.
