Great experience!! Sold a car and leased a new Cadillac through Coleman. I had spoken to a few dealers in the area prior and didnt feel great about it. Gave Coleman a call, spoke to Chris, and he was honest and forthcoming, which was the telling sign. Upon coming in I was paired with Damon, who took great care and treated me the way he would treat family. The process was seamless and a pleasure. Highly recommend!

If you have the choice of collision centers pick anyone else. Maybe it's because the car in question isn't a Cadillac but the people there refuse to provide information on what parts they're waiting on, hang up on customers, and if you call back to speak to the parts department they are nothing but attitude. I've called several times and been on hold for over 10 minutes until it just disconnects and I have to call back.

I got rear ended a few weeks ago on a Monday commute to work, after going through the other party's insurance Coleman Cadillac took my car into the shop the next morning and returned it next Friday, within 2 weeks of the accidents. The repairs were excellent and quick, much faster than other shops I've had my car repaired at after 2 previous collisions. Coleman was the best shop in terms of communication, speed of repairs, and being as accommodating as possible from the beginning. Very happy with my experience, would definitely recommend!
