Before my vehicle was even looked at I was called about giving them permission to do an appraisal on my truck....they would tell me what it's worth to THEM, & being upgraded into something newer. That right there was a bad start to me! I had an early Monday morning appointment but never heard from the dealership about my vehicle, so I called them that afternoon, only to be told my vehicle still hadn't been looked at. On Tuesday I received a message/link that listed over $5000 in repairs that needed to be done on my truck....NONE of which had anything to do with why I took my truck to the shop! I called about this & was told they would get the mechanic to look further into it, and receive a call back in a few. After not hearing from the dealership for almost 48 HOURS, I called them back only to be told they can't find the problem I'm talking about. But at that point I was no longer interested in having my vehicle serviced there. They had my vehicle for 4 days, I had to keep calling them for an update, never received an apology for the delay or for not getting back to me! Overall just a bad experience for me.

My Salesperson Mary Beth was very good and helpful also The Manager Chris Tandy was also very helpful, and both was very professional and made the process easy.

The service got down 100% I hope gets better again . I have been at Coleman Buick GMCfor more than 10 years. We bought almost 7 car there already. This time was very disappointed the service, at point I left my car if huge and unsafe problems. I went there to pick up my car, trusting all the problems were gone when I started driving my car all the unsafe problems were still there, brake problem, steering wheel drive locked and turn, so many problems. I have to leave my car there again. My round trip was 2 hours and 30’. So inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Maybe because my car is still under warranty, then they won't make money on it.

I went in this dealership to buy a 2024 GMC Terrain. My sales associate was Jesse he seemed very indifferent from the beginning like he didn’t care if he sold me a car or not. The 1st problem was very high interest they wanted 10.25% on the loan so I walked out. Hank the sales manager followed behind me and later offered me 6.9% on the loan . I agreed and told the dealership I would pick the car up the following day. My work schedule changed and I asked Jesse if I could pick the vehicle up by 9:30 am instead of 12pm . Jesse was rude and angry on the phone he yelled and said we have a scheduled to keep and don’t have time for this. I called the sales manager Hank and told him that I wanted a new sales person to complete the transaction. Hank said NO then Hank told me not to buy the car or come to the dealership. So I wasted time and money putting insurance on a vehicle Hank and his rude associates don’t want to sell me . This is the worst dealership I have ever seen and im filling a complaint with the better business beau .

Will was great. Didnt have what I wanted so they found it elsewhere and went and picked it up. No pressure. I was entitled to a couple of discounts and had no problem getting them. Pretty good experience compared to some other dealers. Happy with my purchase.

A local locksmith took half of the total payment to program and duplicate a lost key. The technician was blaming the GMC Terrain for the job he could not do with several trials, and the vehicle was dead. Towed it to the dealer and they were able to re-program my both keys the same day, and the cost was reasonable.

I have an appointment today at 9:45 a.m. I have my vehicle tow before that appointment. I waited till about 3:00 decide to call spoke to service personsays sorry we been busing we won't look at your vehicle till next week Tuesday then don't understand why give me 9:45 app. and no one look at my car totall disappointed how they're service run

I waited 2 hrs & 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. $96 for that sevice is ridiculous. I had a $69 credit which is the ONLY reason I chose to have the dealer do a routine oil change. I will not be back for that service again. I was offered a car wash there at the dealership but that would have taken another 20 mins. This Dealership is too expensive and too time consuming for routine services.

The best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Their process was so easy and transparent. No back and forth or any of the typical nonsense you expect when car shopping. Willing to discuss pricing up front and get to reasonable numbers right away. Their sister Cadillac dealership provided the same honesty as well. If you’re in the market for a GMC, this is the only dealership to go to and I’d be confident in saying any of the Coleman dealerships would provide a similar no-hassle experience.
