Worse carlot in history of carlots, total frauds, beware of you shop here you will get a bad car then they will take it to a mechanic with rotten teeth and a horrible attitude who does absolutely nothing but lie for them, they are all in cohoots and gonna lie to you, go down the road to a real lot and get a good car. Good experience buying a RAV4 here. They were nice enough to let me take the car to get checked before buying it. The salesman even stayed late the day before father’s day to help me finance the car. They did everything in their power to make the process quick and easy for me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would recommend.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! This review is long overdue. A friend purchased a van back in 2018. Missing driver sun visor, vent on the front bumper and spent the first 3 weeks in the shop! They have caller ID and Gene ignored my calls. I had to go to the office and raise hell!!! One person from an old review was his sister in law giving 5 stars. LIARS and DECEITFUL! Stay far far away and look elsewhere for a used auto!

First off I have to say this has to have been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased at least 50 different vehicles. I purchased this sight unseen as I live in a different state and was not mobile due to a car accident and they took full advantage of it. I was told it was road ready and in great cond. Very far from the truth. I had it shipped to me and when it arrived my heart dropped. If I had seen it in person I would have run away. First it had hail damage, more scratches than I could count, palm sized dent on the rt A pillar, big dent on rt quarter, big scrapes on ft bumper etc. Then I started it, 2 big exhaust leaks, one from a cracked manifold and the "y" pipe was sliced open from a sawsall. The grille was barely holding on as 5 of the 8 bolts were broken, the fog lights didn't work and they had fog lamps from another vehicle and they didn't even fit, tires were almost bald, rims were badly corroded, check engine lamp was on, abs lamp was on( they claimed it was fixed but it wasnt), had a large mouse/ chipmunk nest in the heater box, cut wires in the rt kick panel, they replaced the front brakes with the wrong size ( 4runners have 2 different size front brakes ), this was supposed to have the bigger brakes, they put on the smaller ones which are cheaper, drivers seat was torn, multiple blown bulbs in the dash and console,. It took a detailer 2 full days to clean this vehicle. It also had silver spray paint all over the interior plastics and carpet. This vehicle did not pass MA inspection. They did offer and paid for the exhaust manifold. The only paid $500.00 towards a 1500.00 bill. I have pics to prove everything and more. It cost me alot to get it to even pass inspection.

Tire pressure sensors keep beeping also its idling up and down and the car shake when you get up to like 55 miles per hour also when you sit in the car without it running sound like something's knocking Also when its running the Vehicle is 2012 dodge Journey crew i got it from cade motor I had it since last Saturday Don't get me wrong I love the dealership Everyone is so respectful Just please take care the issues One more thing my vehicle idling up and down The tire sensors have been replaced This will always be the worst car dealership I ever dealt with They get your money and then treat you like s***

I haven’t even had my car for a full year. My timing chain already went. These people had my car since JUNE 1st. Took my car. Made me loose my great job. I still have to make payments to a bank and payments for insurance. I call literally every single day. They told me my car was in the shop i drove past it’s still in the back of the dealership. I was sooo excited getting my truck. Starting my career and these people just keep giving me the run around. Ruined my whole entire summer and I still don’t have my car back. These people are sick. They keep telling me to be patient and I been patient for months now. It’s like they stole my car and still want me to pay for it. I will never come back to this dealership. I would have been happy with a loaner car how long they had my car. I have a warranty my warranty people are just hearing about my car this month which is AUGUST. I hate these people. I will literally never work with them again. Please someone point me to a lawyer because this is not fair. I’m paying for Lyfts and paying for a car I do not have in my possession. Point me to a lawyer !! There has to be a law that stop these people from doing this !!!

My experience at Cade Motor was marked by more deceit, sleaze, and untrustworthiness, compared to other car dealers. I came in offering to sell my car. The representative drove it around, named a tentative offer, and asked that I call back a few days later to verify the offer. When I called back a few days later, he indeed verified the sum. Then, when I came in on the day of the sale holding the title, wanting to sign and finalize -No wait, you can guess the next part, right?"Another guy needs to test drive", "We found mechanical problems", "This will cost us so much", "We need to significantly decrease the offer", "You're a gentleman, you understand", etc. etc.I went to sell my car at a reliable place. I regret wasting my time and energy at Cade, only to leave empty-handed and feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
