Customer service is key to any business. Anaya, one of the cashiers at the store was very rude, unprofessional, and lacked any type of customer service. She was very unfriendly and her appearance for work was not cleaned up.

Terrible customer service.
I came to get a battery replacement. The female employee told me they can not do Volkswagen Jetta battery replacements because they’d need to reset my entire electronic system.
They even told me I’d need to go to a dealer because they can reset the system.
Sensing this was wrong, I called Volkswagen Princeton and they told me the only VW vehicles that need that are the ones with the start stop feature when you are at a stop light.
I notified the autozone employee that a 20 yr Volkswagen mechanic told me it’s fine.
They continued to tell me the same thing acting like they know better than a mechanic of 20 years. In reality they just didn’t want to do it because they were lazy, I can tell by how they tried to pass the duty on to someone else and they all didn’t want to.
So I had to go to jiffy lube and watch them change my battery without needing a reset.
It’s sad that I have to call autozone back to let them know something is possible and show them how to do their jobs better.

The store itself is fine to shop in, but there's something wrong with the "free battery check" here. I came in after having startup issues and they told me the battery was reading as "good," and then a day later the battery died again. So I took it to the mechanic expecting a more complicated startup issue, and he showed me a more detailed reading of the battery amps being too low. You're better off getting your battery checked elsewhere.

Terrible customer service at this location. The manager Anya refused to check me out from the commercial register because it was almost 4PM and she was heading home. She was snapping her fingers saying "I'm not worried about you" I waited more than 30 minutes to buy 2 items.

After I complained about the cost of the batteries, the clerk did advise me that there were other stores that sold batteries cheaper such as Walmart. I decided to go to our regular mechanic.

Could not believe how incompetent the employees were at this location. There were five employees in the store and two customers and we had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that we were not invisible. Then they gave us the wrong information which caused us to ruin our plan to get their car fixed today. I don't know how somebody could employ these employees who seem to have no interest in taking care of customers. Stay away from this place.
