After I complained about the cost of the batteries, the clerk did advise me that there were other stores that sold batteries cheaper such as Walmart. I decided to go to our regular mechanic.

Could not believe how incompetent the employees were at this location. There were five employees in the store and two customers and we had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that we were not invisible. Then they gave us the wrong information which caused us to ruin our plan to get their car fixed today. I don't know how somebody could employ these employees who seem to have no interest in taking care of customers. Stay away from this place.

As an employee at a different autozone, I was treated very poorly here. I needed an ignition coil and spoke to a manager with glasses (I don't remember his name) when it was brought out it looked used (scratches, slight discoloration, the grease was messy for a "new" part, and the ignition spring was off center) and I mentioned it. I asked if it didn't work if I could return it specifically because it looked used (despite being against policy to use an ignition coil and return it, he agreed because he also thought it looked used). I put it in my car in the parking lot and there was a misfire with the "new" coil, I went to return the part and the same manager declined the return since the part was warm and there was flourescent green grease in the coil (the coil was put into a hot engine which was used for multiple minutes with the coil in and the green grease is on every new ignition coil of this type). The manager started arguing with me and said I was putting words in his mouth when I said what he said to me about the fact it looked used and that I could return it and also said the green grease is from somewhere else and a sign that it was used (again, green grease comes on coils and there is no green grease on spark plugs or anything else in the tube in the head where the coil is put in). I asked for the store manager and he swapped the part out no problem and it was obviously not used and the new coil ran perfectly fine. Everyone else was kind and helped me immediately.

Nice store. Clean and organized. Employees are nice and helpful. One star taken off because the basic car cleaning products are overpriced. For example 6.99 at AutoZone and the same wipes are 4.50 at Target. I get it - smaller stores have higher markups but this is a huge corporation not a mom and pop shop. For specialty or harder to find products it is still a good place to shop. For more basic car cleaning supplies you will find better prices, like 30% less at Target or Walmart for the same exact products.

Great employees, were able to find a small part for me quickly. This store often times will have the stock that others do not. There are many other stores in the area of this so ocasionally I will order online and go shopping/browsing while my order is being prepared.

Awesome AutoZone . Had everything I needed . And the employees are all the best . I have been to A LOT of different AutoZone locations . This location in my opinion is top notch . Wish it was closer to where I live

Frederick is great! I bought the wrong windshield wipers at Autozone. He exchanged the wrong ones for new ones. Then help me install the new ones on my car (he did most of the work). They work great. Thank you Frederick
