“Three years ago when we were just arrived in Lawrenceville, my wife's 2006 Honda Accord needed brakes. I Googled 'auto repair shops near me' and up popped Bob's. The brakes and rotors were replaced . Wayne is knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Our aging Accord has been back several times for repairs to various things. I'm always happy with the work, the timely manner in which it's done, and the cost. Bob's Auto Service has my highest recommendation.”
“So many car dealerships will tell you a price on the phone then you get to the dealership and “the hidden fees” they claim they don’t have magically get added to the final price point driving the used car the cost up being more than some brand new cars of the same model, all will try to tell you how they do more than other dealers too and you won’t find better.
I expressed all of this to Doug and he was very understanding and said they don’t play those games here, he gave me my car for a great number and took care of me throughout the whole deal - highly suggest coming here, Doug and his team will take care of you.”

Carlos did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price, way better than either AAA or the Toyota dealership. Bottom line - if you used to go to Jeff and miss him, you can now go to Carlos - he is excellent (and very friendly BTW).”

“I needed an oil change and had a check engine light. Michael the service advisor was friendly and customer oriented and did all the intake when I arrived. Erin checked me out once the car was complete and she was also very customer oriented. The oil change was completed, but what I was not happy about was the part needed to resolve my check engine light was not in stock and I have to come back again to get this issue resolved.”
