“Was seen quickly at drop off by a polite and professional vehicle tech, and went over the desired services, and what they would check. They called me back promptly with some additional 100K recommendations, which I accepted. They also provided me with an estimate for a duplicate set of keys and fob with my final service bill, that I will purchase next time the vehicle is serviced at Ciocca. Vehicle ran noticeably better after fuel system cleaning service. Only issue is that the TPMS system was not reset (despite specifically requesting that) after rotating the tires (rear to front), so I had to do that myself after the fact. Overall however, very satisfied with all my Ciocca service appointments to date.”
