I had the best experience with Aspen Dental bye far the best dentist ever. They made me feel like I at home ? every staff was so friendly and the had me lol. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends to everyone

Everyone on the staff, including Dr. Niv was very warm and welcoming! Explained the services that I will need in full detail. Overall, everyone is beyond friendly, courteous and professional at Aspen Dental!

Maybe it’s just because my only dental experience since childhood was Eastern Dental (Hamilton) but I felt like I had a spa day for my teeth. Like this is a dental office in the 21st century & it was wonderful: the staff was so polite & patient & courteous, and gentle like I’m used to cleaning being 90% scraping but here they mostly used a high pressure water cleaner thing which was nice (a little messy but hey it’s the dentist, & you only do this like 2x a year maybe). Also they have like actual tv which is crazy, and the office seems pretty clean and again I’m probably biased because I’ve only had the most ratchet 1 star experience at Eastern Dental, but my experience with Aspen was straightforward and wonderful.

The offices and equipment are clean and look new or in very very good condition. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dental technician that took x-rays and 3-d scan of my teeth was very sweet, patient, and answered all of my questions. I didn't wait long for the dentist to examine my teeth, and she showed me on the 3-d scan and x-rays exactly where she saw problems and explained the issues clearly and in layman's terms so I could understand. Very good experience overall. The only issue I really had was with trying to schedule with the dental hygienist as I don't have a lot of time during the week - not their fault, but a bit frustrating. Took a star off because they keep harassing me with e-mails about my appointment - might update review if unsubscribing fixes it.

Was able to get in immediately when my crown popped off. The hours are accessible, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the doctor was conscientious asking throughout her work if I was doing okay. Really wish I’d had her when they did the original crown. Very happy to have found them.

Moving to this area a couple year ago, I tried a couple of different dental offices and as soon as I went to this Aspen Dental location I knew this one was the one. Every member of the office staff I’ve interacted with has been very nice and more importantly, extremely helpful and good at their jobs. Ive had multiple procedures done here and so has my wife from wisdom tooth removal, routine cleanings, aligners (Aspen dental is much cheaper and as high as quality as Invisalign), tooth filings, and more done by multiple members and they all did an amazing job. Not only that, their front staff answers quickly and is super helpful with any questions I have and always with a positive attitude. This team has even contacted my insurance multiple times to fight for my wife and I when insurance pushes back on claims.This is truly a team of individuals that offer complete care and have genuine concern for their patients and their health. Go to another office if you want a traditional dentist appt experience, but this is the place to go if you want to feel your health is backed by a team of competent individuals who care.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. However, instead of asking do you have insurance, the website and appointment scheduler needs to verify insurance. I arrived and found out that my insurance was not accepted which did not make my day. X-rays and check out were extremely thorough and the explanations were very clear.

I had a really good experience here. Everyone was really nice and so helpful. The dentist was honest with me and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I would definitely tell others to go there.

I have not had good experiences with dentists in my life. But I recently had a massive toothache, and had to find one.I found Aspen Dental online, and after reading the reviews, I decided to try them. What an AMAZING TEAM from beginning to end! They were all so kind and gentle. Knowing how scared I was, they did everything to make me relaxed and comfortable. I have finally found a dentist that I’m not afraid of! Do yourself a favor and go there! Thank you Dr Niv and the entire Aspen Dental team!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went in HORRIBLE PAIN with a cavity and the doctor filled the WRONG TOOTH! I don't know who gave that doctor her credentials, but it is absolutely terrifying that she went into my mouth with needles. I then had to pay $900 for them to FIX THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I would give NEGATIVE STARS

Came in for a tooth ache and then I was offered the full exam. My problem was explained then had my cleaning and afterwards my problem was resolved " needed a filling redone". My experience was excellent and I am fully satisfied with the service. The cleaning I had done is probably the best my teeth have looked after a cleaning, and I drink alot of coffee haha.
