I had a very bad experience with the manager of the store (kasey) who literally told me that I don’t care what you think about Aldo and if you are going to stop buying from Aldo. My learning is - aldo probably has the most inconsistent policies that vary from store to store. You can never be sure what you will experience at an Aldo store.

Daya is a wonderful employee and asset to ALDO!! She’s helped me multiple times with in store and shipping orders to my home. When the incorrect shoes arrived she reprocessed my order and made it right! ALDO in Quakerbridge Mall is lucky to have her! ?

I rarely write reviews for stores but the customer service at this Aldo is top tier. Navien the Store Manager greeted me right away. She was kind and welcoming. I ordered items for pick-up and she thoughtfully allowed me to try my shoes on before leaving the store just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Twonine also assisted me as well with purchasing some in-store items. Both of these ladies were phenomenal. So warm, positive, and happy to help! In a time where customer service seems to be dying, they made me want to shop in-store. Stop by, you won't be disappointed! I'll be purchasing from this ALDO store again because of the experience these ladies gave me!

I love Aldo, but you guys need to have your sales reps relax with the constant check ins. I went in to browse and the one woman kept hawking me every few minutes asking what I was looking for and if I needed help, even after I said I was just browsing. I understand customer service, but sometimes you really just want to shop in peace. I ended up just leaving because I couldn’t shop without her constantly badgering me. If you ask once that should be good enough.
