I have been a resident and patron of our local community Post Office for over 50yrs. The Post Masters of the past and present, as much as the postal staff are very friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a line you are bound to meet a neighbor or strike up a conversation about current events… locally and nationally.
I sure hope our post office remains open for decades to come.

I would like to start off by saying that I love this post office. Every time I come in here the staff has a positive attitude. I would like to single out Sonora, She's awesome patient and goes above and beyond for her customers.

It says it's open but it's not.It sounds like whomever is employed there is making their own hours.

The lobby is supposed to be open at 7:30am. I drive to this post office to get my mail from my P.O. Box and it isn't open at even 8:30am when the desk hours are to begin. I'm unable to retrieve my mail. This is EVERYTIME I've been to this post office.

As a former Letter Carrier and a Veteran. I am upset. I been here three months and I know the route carrier knows i am a veteran. This is due to the numerous packages, medication and letters/envelopes that come daily or weekly via this route. I depend on my certified's and recorded deliveries to be "ATTEMPTED" BY ACTUALLY KNOCKING ON MY DOOR, Which is less than 2/3 from my box a few seconds. An important letter I had been waiting for weeks to come, was "ATTEMPTED" , i DO NOT SEE HOW, when I been here all day tracking the letter/document. I want and need for the Route Super and the Letter Carrier or PTF's to know, KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND "PHYSICALLY ATTEMPT" with my mail/docs from the DoD/Federal Government and .VA. Medicines. My life and nurse care depends on them "physically doing so" my webcam says otherwise. NOT COOL. Calling to leave a phone complaint today.

Great small post office. Easy in and out dropping off packages. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly!

There’s usually a nice guy working the counter however today there was a lady there who when I asked for help couldn’t even take a second to acknowledge me and at least tell me to hold on and she’d be with me in a minute or whatever she just continued typing away on her computer completely ignoring me.

My 80 year old mother was told that her mail could not be delivered to her home due to loose slate on her step. The slate was removed and she was then told that she could “pick up her mail at the post officeâ€. After going to the post office she was told that they don't know where her mail is. She then called consumer affairs and they STILL don't know where her mail is. After 10 days we still have no idea where her mail is and where we could pick it up. This situation is HORRIBLE customer service for any company especially the Federal Postal service.

Impossible to contact the post office , only the general 800 number is available that gets you no where. after several attempts to find my package that has been held at the Lawnside N.J. location since 12/22/18 I request an agent. After the 4th time I get this ridiculous automated phone blank to understand, I'm told the wait time will be an hour. Who has time for that! Worst experience ever, getting nowhere again with a federal agency. Postal service? I have another name for it but too much decency to print!
