Whatever driver that had my package today is absolutely clueless!!! Saying my address needs to be updated they can’t get it in there gps when no other mail carrier has ever had an issue now I had to drive to this place cause they don’t know what they are doing!!!!!

None of my packages ever get delivered because there is another street with my street name in another nearby town so the packages go there and then back to the ups building...I've had to pick up every package I've ever gotten and I thought we solved this issue several times.

They lied they said they delievered a package .I waited all morning Nothing came It was important that this be delievered and was paid for to be delievered on time.Was told dispstch would call me bac to which never happened. Again i waited no phone call.So irriated ! I would never recomnend this company for any services.

My package was NEVER delivered but said delivered by UPS. When i called to ask where my package was, some RUDE nasty lady that sounds like a slob started cursing and screaming at me. Im filing a police report on her tonight. Beware of this UPS many lost packages.

I have called and called- no help!! How can I update my address when 1.the address listed is my correct address. 2. I have no way to contact ups, the 800 number is telling me there is no delivery address, not true this was verified w/ shipper and I can see it on my ups acct. 3. I have an alternate location at an ups pick up location already set up because this is a recurring issue with your company! 4. I have already contacted through x and no one responded! 5. The shipper contacted ups the past 2 days and has not gotten a response! Your company is completely unresponsive and unreliable! I have no way to tell your driver to look up at the 3 floors above ground level that have addresses listed on the door visible from the ground!! Only ups “can’t find address” all of my other packages are delivered no problem! I even set up an alternate pick up location because I have preference set up to avoid these issues.. but your company never looks at it!! What was the point?? Every year I have problems with my packages that ups lawnside handles.. in fact everyone in my building has delivery issues!! Just ups. I can’t even call in so now your company is sending my package back because you don’t believe my address exists! You can see my condo with the address from the parking lot btw.. there’s about 30 condo on the second and third floor visible with house numbers if you look up! Or maybe call me? But don’t just decide to send it back without trying!! Why do I have ups preferences ??

Package states it was delivered and it was not. I sat looking for the delivery as it is very important and no driver even came down the street. *Edit* After a few hours package came, initially was delayed due to an accident but was not notified why just stated it would come over the weekend.

Just five minutes ago, on Rt. 70 In Cherry Hill, NJ .. Not one, but two of your drivers were speeding recklessly trying to run people off the road. Honking like morons.It appears they were racing to get back to your Lawnside location. I know it's the busy time of the year, but these two drivers are going to get someone killed. The incident happened at 6:14pm as they were approaching 295 South.

UPS sucks!!! Drivers LIE and say they attempted to deliver my packages but NEVER show up!!! Customer service is even worse!! I called customer service 4 times, waiting for a call back for 5 hours!!! Never received a call back!!! No help at all!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!

How stupid can UPS be when they come out to deliver a pkg 3x and can't find the address? They keep saying "need an apt #" even tho it's a single family home clearly marked with the address? The apartments are 2 properties down but they don't let you talk to a person and the bot tells you to file a claim? USE A GPS like the rest of the world!!!! When you get to the house, it will say arrived! I don't understand how they hire drivers to deliver and 3 different ones don't look? Poor, poor service.

Your automated phone system sucks. I need to speak to a human being. I want to know why my packages get dropped off at a house with the same address in a totally different town? My zip code is the same as your hub.

I have 3 packages arrived at your facility in the early morning of 9/27 for the final delivery. But till now, 10/4, they are still not delivered. The latest update is on 9/28 said you were processing for delivery. I couldn't reach you via phone call. So, what is happening??--Update:I sent messages through facebook@ups, but it is just virtual assistance and it doesn't resolve anything. All packages were lost while transiting from your facility to the destination. So, is there a way I can reach to your office directly to track my packages from there? Thx.

Waiting for a work laptop to arrive from this branch in particular. First it was delayed, no big deal, then it said delivered, but it was no where to be found. After many calls I found out it wasn't delivered, but returned to sender with no explanation. So my work sent me another with overnight shipping. It arrives in lawnside (literally across the street from me) and then says delivery was scheduled for a week from now and it's being held.I ask UPS if I can pick it up and they say I have to organize it through the website. But each time I try, It says "website error". So nothing I can do.I then call UPS, get hung up on 3 times, send an email and no one answers, and then I finally use chat and get through to someone and they tell me they have no idea why it's been rescheduled, but they'll have someone in lawnside call me within the hour. I wait 4 hours and no one calls.So I do another live chat with UPS (since I need it so I can work and I'm losing money each day I can't), and they outright promise me "It will be delivered tomorrow, we've talked to the local branch and they've removed the hold and will deliver to you tomorrow morning.Well tomorrow morning comes and it still says it's being held. I contact UPS AGAIN to find out, it wasn't meant to be delivered today and no one has contacted the local branch like they said they did, but the package is actually being sent back to the sender a second time. But they say don't worry, they'll investigate it and have someone from Lawnside call me within the hour. I tell them, you said that last time and no one ever called. Again, they promise me someone from this office will call me within the hour.3 hours later and no one has called.I've now spent 2.5 weeks, 4 UPS live chats, 5 phone calls, 2 emails, and had 2 separate work laptops sent to me and returned.I have verified the address is correct, but still after multiple tries UPS is unable to deliver a package and this branch in particular is clearly unable to call as promised.
