Our experience was great! The first salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. There was an issue with the bill and when T-Mobile's phone support was no help we went back to the store and they quickly straightened it out to our satisfaction.

Give Dee a raise. He’s great. He helped me clean my iPhone port so my charger would work. He’s very kind and hospitable. Very professional. I was very worried my phone broke but he helped me repair it. I’m very grateful to Dee. Management, give him a reward for his good work.

please please please AVOID this company. they have been wrongfully billing me for the equipment I returned to them for months. now they are THREATENED me to transfer my 'debt' for the equipment I don't have to the collection and mess up my credit score. 'Experts' on the 800 number are absolutely helpless and don't care about you. I made numerous phone calls for NOTHING. I am absolutely DESPERATE

Walk in to replace my phones through sprint merger. Was supposed to be a free phone swap from one that would work with the T-Mobile network. Was told there was a $180ish fee associated with the swap but could only be Cash then said "an emailed receipt would be provided", after a bit of moping from me I reluctantly gave in. Something didn't sit right with me. So I gave T-Mobile a call after hours of talking to them to get a new phone for a different line I brought up the experience in this store. There was no fee, there was no receipt that ever came. There was never supposed to be.They said they would look into it and nothing happened. T-Mobile isn't the best, but if you are stuck, just help yourself to any other store. GL, hope this sheds some light on these characters.

Bring a lawyer. Made a deal. Never told me I was signing up for 2 more lines. Totally deceiving. Jumped through hoops to get it straightened out. But never did. Every stated their hands were tied. Bad business. Still waiting after 4 weeks to talk to someone of relevance but to no avail. Not at all reputable!!! Moving on to a new carrier as soon as possible. Don’t do business in lawnside.

After returning a phone that was purchase here, I was told I can only get my refund from the manager. After going back and forth for many days , and been given the runaround by almost every representative except one. Ben came to my aid. He called the customer service, explained what happened. It took a long time but he didn't give up. Thanks to good reps like Ben I will get my refund thru the mail.

I went into T-Mobile with my parents to help my dad get a new phone. We were greeted immediately and thankfully, they had someone available to help us right away. My dad isn't tech-savvy so picking out a phone for him was pretty easy. While getting my dad's phone started, my mother also decided she wanted to upgrade her phone. Aside from the sim cards being placed on the wrong phones (dad had to go back to the store a day later to get them fixed), the service was great. Parents also walked out with new Samsung watches and they were really happy with it all. Thanks to the store manager Adam and Jonissa (sorry if I typed it wrong) for all of your help

I went to Lawnside waited for 30 minutes and the employee took a woman who just walked in as of i wasnt there...i addressed him and said i was first and waiting and he was ignorant to me...and continued to take of the lady...so i left and went to target and got what i needed at half of your price...the employees at Lawnside need customer service training...they are rude snd disrespectful

If you want to upgrade your phone - do it online yourself. They will charge you $30 to just order a phone at the store and not tell you. T-Mobile is a good company but their retailers need to be upfront about this charge before you see it in your confirmation email at home.

I switched to T-Mobile 2 years ago at this location & they were great people came back today to upgrade my phone and they have a new manager there I believe his name is Adam and he’s even better. He’s fast but still takes the time of that makes sense. Helped me lower my bill and I got home internet whxuh I had no idea T-Mobile does. Adam’s awesome and the young ladies there are so sweet. My absolute go to store period and I live in MT. Holly . I won’t go anywhere else.

The Lawnside T-Mobile store do not go there..,,!!! they’re disrespectful ignorant and has no manners??? and i asked for the manager of the store I do not even know why he’s managing they need training I always say T-Mobile employees need training.! they call themselves expert and I don’t know what they’re expertise is for but they are awful do not go to the store .!! it is not a corporate store it is a third-party owner it is franchise so stay away from that store.. You would think that they would not want to lose customers and treat them with respect instead they would rather lose a customer.? would never go back there again .?♀️

You are better off going to the deptford location; this location is a joke. Try to have a payment charge issue fixed, they said do it over the phone with customer service. Went to the deptford location and they were willing to work with us and fix our issue. Workers at the law side location is just lazy
