Michael Harris is a hard working Lowe’s team member that has helped me out without questions. He is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely be coming back to Lowe’s to have him help me out with my DIY projects. He is also extremely great with customer service. Give that man a bonus and or a raise.

Walked in on a beautiful laid back Sunday (before 10am) store wasn’t bustling with customers nor associates to assist or ask questions. When I finally found the patio paint and primer I was looking for the sales associate about 15 feet away from me was too preoccupied with the other customer to even acknowledge I was standing there looking lost for any assistance. Even when he was done assisting the other customer they kindly walked pass me to the paint center to mix the paint. Did I mention another associate walked right pass me as I was looking for the correct aisle where the outdoor paint was located. No eye contact, not a offer to assist nothing of the sort. My only human interaction was once I arrived to the self check out and the monitor greeted me w a good morning and a smile. If more associates were like this young man it would have been a much better experience. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins next time and go to Deptford Lowe’s. Poor customer service !!

The older woman at customer service is a nasty person. Rude from the moment we spoke to her for no reason. We aren't difficult customers because we work in customer service. The worker with the bride of Frankenstein tattoo was super sweet though. We left our stuff and went to the competitor. Good customer service is important. I would NEVER act like that at my job.

The cutomer service manager who is a complete moron which is sad that shes a woman, Would not return my items within a weeks time, when I had a receipt. She tried to say the batteries werent the same serial # yet the item number matched the package. I took everything to another location and the girl said there was no reason to deny the return and that manager is an idiot. No 2 items have the same serial number. That woman should not be a manger!
