After talking with him on the phone, he drove out to me and had my vehicle fixed in half an hour. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. “I work at local car dealership. We do not have a body shop, so we are forced to sublet warranty body issues to local body shops. We took a couple cars here, for some major warranty repairs (driver door replacements) because the body shop We have been using, takes too long. When I went and picked the vehicle up, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of the work they did. It took half the time and literally half the price to get 2x better quality. They are very nice to work with, as well. The owner of the vehicle called me at the dealership and told me how beautiful the paint job is. “This was the single best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop, and I've been to a bunch. Tom is the man! He was extremely kind, professional, and more than fair.. I needed a new bumper for my Dodge Ram and he helped me to order one online correctly. Once I dropped the new bumper off to him, he took the old one off and installed and painted the new one in less than 2 days. The work was great.. you cannot tell this bumper was replaced!
