I went to open a checking account in this branch later this morning. There's no clients in there. But the lady behind the counter asked me to schedule an appointment and the available day is next Monday/Tuesday. And today is Thursday!!! I saw the tellers chatting when I got in. How come they can compete with other banks around???

Looking into a new bank because apparently it doesn't matter if the working class is able to deposit checks and have their funds the same day. I got my paper paycheck Friday night and didn't have time to go to the bank. Turns out, Google Maps says they're open on Saturday but that isn't true. I tried depositing my paycheck at the bank location's machine in the drive thru only to be told they couldn't read it. So the app is my only option, meaning I won't get my pay until tomorrow.

v been a loyal customer for over five years and I’m now looking into other banks.No one online or in person ever knows how to help me. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME SO MANY TIMES.It often ends up in me having to reach out or drive to the actual bank 3-4x (I even try multiple locations) before getting something resolved. You would think they would know how to handle simple tasks like making deposits, opening up new accounts, be familiar with the services they are currently offering, or what they should do in the event of when the app malfunctions, linking external accounts, etc. I’m always having to repeat myself when discussing whatever issue I have because they always seem confused. I’m also always having to back track from the last time I spoke with them explaining why my accounts looks the way they do. (They duplicated me and supposedly fixed it -2x might I add- but I guess they didn’t???)Iv been on hold for 46 minutes. Like always I’m referred to the customer service line being transferred from one person to the next. (And this was after I already called my nearest bank)Simple banking should not be this hard. I am only using a basic personal checking account for goodness sake!!

Bank management is so bad because i have business account with them last 8 years .on e day i asking $10 doller change pennies roll they said we can give one one doller for the pennies roll that's limit form the corporation
