I came to this AutoZone to purchase some refrigerant for my GMC Terrain. John and Josh were on duty at the time. What a huge help they were! I managed to purchase a $12 can of r134a and my car is blowing ice cold air again. John explained everything to me in lamens terms of what exactly I needed to do to get it done. Very pleased with the results. I'll be coming back to this specific AutoZone for all my auto needs. Thanks again guys!!

The store manager Corey Smith is such a big help. He got my air conditioner working. I thought I needed a compresser when I only needed a $5 fuse to take care of the problem. This is the man you wanna come see when you need to go to Autozone. Come to the one in Lawnside,NJ to see Corey Smith. He will definitely take care of you.

Not exactly sure how the stars are rated but be careful when it comes to your warranty with that store.I purchased a battery Duralast Platinum battery for 335.00 plus tax and was told I had a warranty on the battery. Auto one took my phone number and registered my warranty under someone else. My battery needs to be replaced and upon attempting to activate my warranty this theft was discovered.I have my receipt and proof of payment and they told me there is nothing they can do.The representative said to me to condenscendly asked me to come in and so they can replaces the battery at my expense. They were laughing at me. I informed him I informed him I have no choice but to take that loss and I will have to replace my battery, I will not be replacing my battery with them. He said you mind as well come here you have to have your battery replaced anyway.I asked to speak to management I was told she will say the same thing. In other words I will be treated exactly how he is treating me. I will send my proof of purchase to their corporate office However, I have a feeling Autozone will end up in some sort of class action suite for their unethical business practices. Be cautious when dealing with that franchise.

I can't say enough good things about Brian and Lito. They are employees at your store # 1893 in Lawnside NJ. They went above and beyond for me when my battery needed replacing. I am a 70 year old single female and I don't know much about cars. Lito and Brian were so kind, helpful and courteous, it brought tears to my eyes. The world needs more good men like these two gentlemen. I will be your customer for life after meeting these two men.
