I would give zero stars if I could. My friend & I came in yesterday, we were looked up & down by employees and followed around the store being WATCHED, this girl was right behind us the entire time & any hanger my friend or I touched they would immediately run to once we started walking away. I looked around the store to see if anyone else shopping had someone following them around and noticed the other people in the store dressed more “fancy” had no one circling around them. We had jean shorts & sweaters on after leaving the beach & we just so happened to be the ones followed around the entire property. Not sure why what clothing we have on over bathing suits has anything to do with the money in our bank accounts. They did an amazing job at showing how horrible their staff was & making people uncomfortable. We shared the experience with friends who have also shopped here & sure enough they have also had the same experience. It’s truly sad to see that people are harshly profiled just because they aren’t dressed head to toe in expensive clothing.

Very nice selection of cute and casual clothes. However, customer service can use a HUGE upgrade.Two young girls were behind the register playing with their cellphones and one young girl was typing on a laptop. Not a single greeting to me. Not even when I was in their faces looking at jewelry at the register. Totally ignored!! Really disgraceful!! At the same time there were 2 ladies shopping in the store each one holding a few garments and nobody approached them either and offered to start a room, really horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service and in grave need of employee training

Mother with disabled daughter questioned brunette sitting behind counter about pricing. She showed cashier S10, which clearly looks like $10. Brunette says that means "1 size fits all & it's way too early in season for sales." So rude and condescending. The mother then pointed out the sign above the shirts that said $10. The girl snapped, "that's for a different shirt" Don't shop there if you have a disability, because they were not very helpful. Girl's mother was running back & forth trying to get appropriate sizes for daughter, while staff offered no assistance. Rude & overpriced. Miserable, unhelpful staff. Owner should teach daughter how to be kind & friendly to customers.

The owner's daughter (the wide brunette always behind the cashier) is extremely rude, unfriendly and arrogant. You'd think a bit of kindness/friendliness would go a long way in the retail industry. Really ruins the experience, I will not be bringing my business back because of this. A shame.

Love this store !My daughter & I have been shopping here for years . Always a pleasure!! Thank you ladies for always folding our goodies so nice and bagging pretty. ( not like next door clothing store who rolls up clothing sloppy and seems annoyed by large purchases)Thank you for your consistent professionalism!!We look forward to future purchases!!!Miss you too Lea

Adorable storefront and interior. Lots of clothing and accessories to choose from and a good selection of candles, fragrances, jewelry, etc. Located next to a couple other cute shops - worth visiting.

I recently purchased a cute top from here for $28. After one wear for three hours and no wash, the top was completely ruined. The seams were coming apart and there is a two inch hole on the side of the shirt as a result. The quality of this shirt was awful. 31 days after my purchase I brought the shirt back to the store in hopes of an exchange, but was turned away because it was worn AND three days after the return policy. While I understand policy rules, a shirt that has been worn for 3 hours, not washed, and purchased for $28 should not be coming apart at the seams. It leaves a very poor representation of their company. I'll be thinking twice before purchasing anything from this store again.

The sizing is horrible. I’m 5’4 120 pounds. I would be a large in sizing. Everyone here looks like they came from church on a Sunday afternoon.

Great selection but I asked for a top in a different size and one of the girls behind the counter rolled her eyes and sighed before getting me it. Everyone in there seemed rude and like they did not want to help

Purchased pair of shorts for my daughter and after one washing the elastic waistband gave way. It was regular wash. Should have held up if quality clothing! I spent $40 on these and they will not take them back. To me thats bad business and will not be shopping here further! If you sell clothing for those high prices I expect quality!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Will never recommend anyone to shop here and I live here!!!! Seems others had the same experience and same thing happened to them!!! Look for yourself , if you want to throw money away this is your place!!!
