Cute store with great clothes and jewelry. Pricey, but you get what you pay for, so that's fine. Biggest complaint - zero acknowdgement by any associates or manager. I'm in there every few weeks to see what's new, and God forbid anyone say "hi." I've put back soooo many items that I wanted to buy because if they can't be bothered to greet me or ask if I need help, i can't be bothered to spend my money there. Such a shame ...

I had an issue with a recent purchase and contacted the store to see if there was anything they could do. They were beyond helpful, sent me a return shipping label for the damaged item and sent me a replacement item immediately. They were helpful, kind, understanding, and an absolute pleasure. I loved the store already, but now I have even more of a reason to give them my business. Great customer service goes a long way and I will definitely recommend this store to anyone I know!

BEST. BOUTIQUE. EVER!!!! and the sweetest staff too! ? went today for a few last minute pieces for an upcoming trip to new orleans. i told the girls who had been assisting me and when i went to check out they handed me a list of places to check out while i’m there! now THAT is customer service!! i live an hour away from here & will be making the trip often for this absolute GEM of a store!!! 10/10

Great boutique with wide selection, open all year. I always find something my wife loves there. Very reasonable jewelry prices and good deals on clothing most of the time. The staff is really helpful and will gift wrap for you if, like me, you couldn't wrap a gift to save your life.

I just want to share a great review of this lovely shop! The customer service is top notch, as is the quality and variety of clothing and other items. The store is very clean and decorated beautifully. The displays are organized and visually enticing. Being a business owner myself, I always try and support other shops when I can. I am so happy I chose this to patronize this shop on my recent shore vacay, and I will be back again next summer! xo

Love this place. Most of the clothing and styles are geared towards the younger crowd yet I always manage to find something fun and nice, whether it be jewelry or clothing. Whenever I come to the area I always make a stop at house of lucky.

I’ve been a loyal customer at house of lucky for as long as they have been open. I absolutely love their aesthetic and their shop is one of the most carefully curated shops I’ve ever been to. Always an excellent selection for women’s clothing, gifts and jewelry. Some of the styles air on the younger side (teenage years) but I typically find plenty appropriate for 20-30s as well.

Has cute stuff but owners and workers are racist. I am not Caucasian and was not helped, offered help or smiled at the entire time from the second I entered the store to when I walked out. The store was not very busy but every single white person that entered or was in the store was greeted and checked on several times. Received several dirty looks from multiple workers especially the manager who made eye contact with me, saw I needed help but decided to actively ignore my inquiry. Will not be returning to support this establishment that has clear racial prejudice.
