“I recently came to this store with no knowledge but a little bit of hope that I could leave with whatever part that I needed to fix my shower. Only coming in with a picture of my shower valve… Sam was able to look at it and with pure confidence tell me what brand it was. What part it was. Damien standing next to her also peeked at the picture and shook his head yes In confidence. Which also brought Sean over to look at it because I think he felt left out. With all 3 telling me it was a delta. And (After telling her my water wouldn’t stop coming out of my shower head) she gave me a whole diagnostics sheet of my shower valve with every part and part number. I was in and out within 5 minutes and have a working shower again!”

“I'm new to the area and have a piece of property on a cul de sac, surrounded by leaf and pine trees. Needed a leaf blower, so I went online to find one that was lightweight and affordable. Home Depot was the place I figured I could get personalized help with a Ryobi advertised for under $70. As it turns out, the item I had hoped to take home that day was only available online, and didn't come with a battery & charger. No WONDER so inexpensive, right?? Silly me. I found an assistant manager named Mike B. and he showed me a more powerful Ryobi, WITH the accessory parts, and gave me a nice discount. After tax, it was $133. At my request, Mike assembled the blower, and I charged it that day. It handled very easily, and blew a fallen tree limb across the lawn! These yard tools are an investment, so I'm glad I didn't cheap out. I'm very pleased with the Ryobi, and Mike was a pleasure to deal with! I'll look for him next time I go. First impressions are important. Mike went above and beyond. Give that boy a raise!!”

“Lavallette hardware is an iconic location in this town. I have been going there for 30 plus years. They never fail to go out of their way to help you find something, physically take you to the location where it could be found, and or low prices may be a little bit higher than the stores such as home Depot and Lowe's, it is more than worth it.The big stores no longer really care about the customer and satisfaction, the corporate greed has really taken them over.
