“What can I say about The Forgotten Room? I was looking for a baptism gift and I was searching for something perfect. The Forgotten Room was recommended to me. As I entered, the familiar smell of patchouli brought me back to my childhood. I was greeted by a wonderful woman, Heather. She was so informative! It really is a beautiful shop with a West coast vibe! I felt like I finally found a locally-sourced, new-age store right up my alley. “It's a lovely shop with a large inventory of coastal items. Much of it resembles a souvenir shop more than a boutique and the larger items are pricey. But it's worth visiting to spend some time if you need gifts for the holidays especially.”

“Saved the day! Placed an order online and that was not delivered via another company on time and as promised. I called this location since it’s local to the recipient and Maria was so friendly and kind and 2 hours prior to closing she promised to deliver a fruit tray and a ballon. She did just that, not only did she put together a wonderful arrangement and delivered it she was also so honest and applied a discount and didn’t try to rip me off since I was in a pickle. I am so thankful there are truly wonderful people out there who care about customers and customer service and will be calling this store direct to place any future orders! Thanks again!”
