I’ve shopped here many times! My best outfits for my trip to Italy were from this little boutique. They had items that department stores don’t carry. The employees are very helpful and the shop is adorable. A nice little find in Lavalette.

If I could give them no stars at all I would however that is not an option!!!!!I purchased a piece of furniture from them last June and within 3 days I called to cancel due to the fact that I had no way to pick up the piece. They were supposed to refund me but never did. I have been trying to get a credit back on my credit card since then and they refused to credit me. They also still have possession of the furniture. Then in July they said they were going to deliver it to me but never did. This store is not to be supported as they are money hungry and are keeping $512.00 of my hard earned money as well as keeping the furniture it was for. The owner is a very unethical human being if I can even call her a human at all!!!!! I will NEVER shop there again and I will be sure to share this experience with anyone and everyone I can!!!!!

I can't believe how greedy the owner of this store is!!!! I purchased a piece of furniture from her back in June and cancelled it 3 days later because I had no way to pick it up. When I tried to cancel, the owner said her husband would deliver it to me. Fast forward, her husband never delivered the furniture and they never credited me back. So I paid them $512.00 for something I never received and I on top of that it recently came to my attention that they sold the same piece to someone else! I would NEVER recommend this shop and will continue to post my reviews to get the word out there. They are greedy and do not deserve to be supported!!!!

It was a stormy Sunday. My sister, cousin and I thought, "what a great day to go shopping and look for graduation dresses!" The sky started to clear up, but little did we know a storm was about to come. And not one with thunder and lighting, one produced by the wrath that is Bow + Arrow. We walk in and see this little silk pink dress that my sister absolutely loved. So she grabs a medium and tries it on. She walks out in the dress and looks absolutely beautiful. It fit perfectly, was a great color, and I could see that she was very happy in it. An employee came over and suggested that she looked fat in the dress, then proceeded to grab a larger size. Her opinion was absolutely unsolicited because we all felt my sister looked amazing in the dress, but no, this woman had to offer her two cents. Now my sister, who was feeling self-conscious to begin with, feels even worse about herself thanks to this woman's rude remark. Obviously, sales workers are supposed to help their clients find the best fit, but the way in which this woman did it was just rude and hurtful. If we wanted the vile, demeaning commentary, we would have asked for it. Needless to say, we put the dress back and left, for good. We then walked down the block to shop at B&B where my sister found another beautiful dress and was not harassed by the workers. In addition to this, their clothing is overpriced for what it is.
