I have only been going to this location for a week. I immediately knew I made the best decision. I have interacted with multiple staff members. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I can already feel a difference. The environment is very comfortable, and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I highly recommend the Laurel Springs location. I had Alyssa "Lou" & Kristin so far. These ladies are the bomb! Very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind & just down to earth. They care how I'm feeling & listen. No pressure on speed & are definitely looking out for me; they'll get me back to normal, if not better. Place is clean & they're easy to schedule with. All physical therapist have great teamwork & look out for you.

So I chuckled that my orthopaedic doc told me I need some Physical Therapy. He said, "They'll use some heat, ultrasound and massage" to help my condition so obviously I was good with that. I learned quickly that it involved me working out to help my cause hahahaha ... bicycle, leg stretches, stepper, boards etc.When I got there, I met Ashley, she did my PT assessment/measurements and we talked about what was going on. The facility is very clean and bright. The receptionist and staff are all very friendly. The stations are not so close that its crowded and the team there always makes sure no one is standing around and jump in IF your PT is tending to another patient.My condition is improving and I have ALREADY recommended this Nova-Care facility to others.

Alyssa and the rest of the staff at Nova Care are great. All are knowledgeable and friendly. They are really nice while working your injuries and keep you working towards your goal of being better. They send home exercises for you to do and keep in touch throughout your time there.

Top notch team at this location. I could barely walk after 4 complex back and neck surgeries and in just 6 weeks I feel better than I have in years from the specific program they put me on. The moment you walk in you are greeted and feel the positivity from the entire staff to all the patients. Kristen is the BEST!

I like the therapy here, the girls are very conscientious and follow you every step of the way. I've been through several PT facilities who just tell you what to do and walk away, they keep up with you every step of the way. Thank-you!!
