Showed at 2 said maybe get you in by 330 and it said not busy.... Lol. And I wonder why I don't get hair cuts and just buzz it..... Won't return used to be my shop and I can see now why it's not any longer.

Tori cut my child’s hair. Her appointment was at 10:00. She was done by 10:10. The wash was not thorough. She cut her hair and left almost every little tiny piece down her shirt and around her neck to the point of where she left the salon itchy. There was no time or care put into this hair haircut (which was a VERY VERY simple cut) I would never go back to this hair Cuttery again. If you want them to actually take time or at least get all the hair off of the client don’t come here and do not book Tori
Requested style: My child had very short hair and wanted it a little bit shorter. So there wasn’t much to do. So the most simplest thing they didn’t take their time on and they didn’t care about the client enough. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back.

Rachel was super kind and made me feel very welcomed in her chair! She made suggestions and made sure I was absolutely okay with it. I went with it and honestly took my vision to the next level. I absolutely love my hair. I can’t wait to get cut and styled by her again!

Natalie did it again. From the relaxing wash to the style, I left feeling marvelous. I was able to recreate the look myself which is a plus plus. The staff here are always so nice. You feel like family. And the shop is very clean.

I used to come to this location then stopped.. After a couple years I tried coming back again.. and was given a great reminder on why I will never go back to this location…made an appointment for me and my daughter to get to my appointment and be told the hairstylist (Jackie) is not in today.. she said she tried to call yesterday or text… I don’t know what happened.. umm well she definitely didn’t call me or text me because I would have never wasted my time to drive here for nothing.. so clearly someone did not do their job. Every single time there is something with this place. Definitely never going back to this unorganized place.

Huge shoutout to Rachel!! I have been going to her for years. Was in desperate need for a color refresh, and the vision was definitely delivered. I tend to struggle with my side bang that will go to a middle part. Having my baby lights pulled up to the roots with the fringe is bringing back my scene days from 2012. I love it!!! She layered me and was able to fix my grow-out from my root. Thanks for turning me into the ice princess that I so desperately needed. Always recommend Rachel for blondies!!!

I got a haircut right before NYE. I don’t usually go here so I booked with anyone and my appointment confirmation said Daniel who is someone my mom’s been to before so I felt ok. Instead when I got there I was out with Michelle. I didn’t think much of it at first…but when I met with her she seemed chaotic. I told her I wanted straight across bangs, a little higher than my EYES. She kept talking over me and saying “long bangs” and I said not too high- a little higher than my eye balls!! Haircut begins and she’s telling me how long she’s been in the industry and gives “an amazing haircut”. She specifically said how important haircuts were because it’s something makes people feel confident about themselves. We talked normally during it, then she started talking about her holiday and how she got into an argument with her bf’s son. Went into details about this for over 10 minutes and not really a conversation that seems appropriate for a client. Now it’s time to cut the bangs and she didn’t once ask me again how I wanted them or even like pull some hair down and check with how long they were. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO CUT THEM ABOVE MY EYEBROWS. As soon as she cut I knew. And so did she because she said “well..they’ll fluff out in a few weeks”. I should’ve spoke up then but I was so upset I just wanted to leave. I cried for days and have been wearing headbands since. She ruined my whole day and my hair and my self confidence.
