For the most part I use UPS for returns for online purchases , mainly Amazon and Zappos. I print out the prepaid return label from the vendor and box up my item. Then I head over to the UPS store, drop it off, and get a receipt that they accepted my shipment. I've never had an issue. I used their notary and she was great. I stopped using this location when the previous owner had it but gave it another chance when I saw it had new owners. I'm glad I did because they have always treated me well.

My wife and I tried to return an Amazon package, we had a box but didn’t have tape. We were told by Bridget that if we donate to the charity they have on the counter she’ll tape it for us. I thought she was joking. She was serious. I told her sure, but didn’t have cash on us.. I asked about a card and she said: “the dollar store is next door” my wife then proceeded to buy dollar tape next door. Needless to say if you need tape I left the roll by the door…

I don’t normally and try not to leave negative feedback or reviews; however, customer service at this store is horrible, the middle age lady at the counter today (06/18/34- around 11:30am) just had a terrible attitude, lack of customer service skills and patience, she seemed to be annoyed at me an helping me with my Amazon returns..and mind you there was no other customers that needed assistance. Terrible service, avoid this store if you can.

Staff is extremely rude wouldn't help a customer notarize a paper. Said she was too busy. I'm never coming back here again. Every time I come here there's a issue. Stop hiring sitty little kids.

Extremely Rude staff and lazy. Went to get something notarized and the rep said she was too busy to do it “training” someone else. Very inconsiderate of my issue and need to have this done. Extremely rude and had a nasty attitude and this wasn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this here. I never post reviews but I told myself if I experienced this behavior again that I would leave a review. And sure enough they did it again. I wouldn’t recommend this store for anything I’ll just go up the road from now on.

A little disappointed. I tried to return an item from Amazon, but I was told I needed a box (no big deal, I understand that some amazon returns require one). I brought the item back in a box, a small one that would have only needed half an inch tape on each side, but the lady told me I'd have to "pay a dollar donation for tape." I asked to pay with card, but they only took cash. I told her I didn't carry cash and she slapped the label on the box (very crinkled so I hope it scans) and told me "well then we'll just do this and hope it makes it." It is a tiny ring and I really don't want it to get lost. She was rude to me and didn't even give me the chance to say I'll bring it back with tape or to check the car for change. Now if it gets lost and falls out of the box, it should be on the store to cover it but I don't know if they will.
Also, you can't call something a donation if it is not an OPTIONAL exchange. Not only that but the lady didn't even tell me what my donation would have went towards so it seems a little off to me. Just call it a charge and process it as a charge so customers can pay cash or card.
Although I disagree with charging for a small piece of tape in general, at least other locations allow you to pay card for taping your box (if they even decide to charge at all... For most tiny boxes, they just do it).

With the UPS Store being an option for drop-off returns for items I need to return from various brands and Amazon, I just noticed that I'm really at this UPS location a lot. There is usually a line of a few people, but it's the nature of online shopping returns. The line moves fast. I'm grateful I can easily return my items here unpacked. All of the employees are very nice, extra sweet. One time, I had around 6 returns for purchases I made for my mom in a nursing home. Somehow, I incorrectly chose Kohls as my return store for Amazon returns. An employee patiently helped me fix each item in my Amazon app and continued with all my returns. There are plenty of package and mailing supplies sold here, too. This is just a review to highlight the friendly and helpful employees at this location. This location is definitely a hot spot for many online returns. 5 stars.

People in this store have very bad attitudes and are not helpful at all.. will not be going back
