Always accommodating all times of the year .. I have a toffee / chocolate business and I use a lot of dry ice …they never disappoint! So friendly and they go out of there way to help your needs . Don’t go anywhere else ..this guy is the best when it comes to Ice !

Power was out with no idea when it would be restored. The Ice Factory saved my sanity and helped me with the right amount of dry ice to keep my frozen food frozen! I used them years ago also. Just wonderful!

Good price, very helpful and nice staff. I put in a large order including dry ice and an ice luge and they had it ready to go, helped me load it into my car and gave me advice on how to get the most out of it. I'd definitely recommend this place and go back if I need stuff again.
