I left for 20 minutes and someone went through my laundry in the dryer. I came back and found it like this. The stuff was still wet but everything was still there. It's possible someone removed my blankets to dry their own clothes then put mine back. Either way, shady place to do laundry. I'm disgusted someone else's hand where on my bedding... The facility is also very dirty, some broken machines. No bathroom.

For reference, I used to live in Eureka, CA- one of the poorest cities in CA, and occasionally ranked #1 in the state for crime. This laundromat is worse than any of the laundromats in that city.The owner is actually nice, but makes excuses for the downfall and terrible state of her facility: She blames the customers, the pandemic, and pretty much anything else she can and does not take personal responsibility for the dirtiness and lack of upkeep of the equipment. Currently as of today, nearly HALF of the machines in the building are non-functional. It's as if the owner has completely given up on the place.

Hands down worst laundromat I’ve been to. The lady with the glasses who I assume is the owner is extremely rude. Dryers barely work and washer tear up clothes. If you’re a local a drive to another laundromat is worth the tripEdit: I returned to this laundromat a month later. The owner is still rude and just kept making strange remarks to me. Also being super nosy about what I was doing. Not a good look when you’re making customers uncomfortable It sucks this is the only option unless you want to drive 20min for laundry

The management is really friendly and the place is spacious, but half of the machines don't work. And they've been broken for weeks. If someone repairs the multitude of broken dryers and washers, it would be a great place to do laundry.

The only option currently in Lambertville and one of the dirtier laundromats I’ve ever been to. I get the vibe that someone owned it for a long time and never did any maintenence. The level of mold in many of the washers is unacceptable (see photo) and I’ve had machines stop working after paying. Hot tip- there are a few newer, cleaner washers on the right hand side.

WOW - what a great place! I went there to clean two down comforters. The dry cleaner quoted me $45 each to dry clean them. With the great assistance of Helen, who told me which washers and dryers to use, I did both of them for a total of less than $15.00. So I saved $75 and they come our perfectly! Thanks a million!

Always a pleasant experience ? Machines are always clean and the dryers are HOT! The owners are very friendly and onsite to help if needed. Highly recommend the South Side!!

Nobody answers the phone. I just would like to know where my clothes is or If you guys still have it or not. I really need my shoes back but with no costumer service what would you have a phone number for?
