Doesn’t have cash for withdraws. Can’t get a money order. Not sure what this building is but it certainly is not a “bank”.

0 Stars wasn’t an option. Terrible customer service. I’ve been with PNC for 6 years. I had to jump through hoops to open a savings account and ended up going to the Bank of Princeton. PNC is as as bad as Bank of America. Didn’t think that was possible

Not only is this a cashless bank, but the "convenient "drive up ATM where you can do your deposits usually does not work.. I've been here on several occasions and it tells me I cannot do any deposits. Basically this is like an atm at Wawa without the coffee. Although Wawa is much more user-friendly and rarely has it systems down.

I would give them zero stars. Called this bank several times for an appointment and each time was assured they would call me back to schedule it but to no avail. Why can't they schedule an appointment immediately? The customer service is horrendous! Still waiting .....

Love the staff, even you have to be getting direct deposit in order not to be charged for account fee. If you have a 1500 dollars in your account without going under it you will be fine.12/28/2020updated my experience with the bank. as much as i love most staff at Lambertville branch. i wish there are more people who can work on help me with business account than the branch manager. its a bit inconvenience when you have to wait for the branch manager to help you with the issue you have.

Three of the four staff were goofing off in the office, laughing obnoxiously... very weird. The office door opens into the teller desk so it was disrespectful to me and the one associate who was taking care of me. She gets the three stars for courteous service. One of the others laughs like Joaquin Phoenix's Joker.

I don't know much about the banking here, but they have a free single-serve coffee machine just to the left after you walk in. Be quick, though, I think they close at 2:00 P.M.!
