An excellent dog boarding service, operated by very nice people. Our dog always behaves normally when we pick him up from Pierson Creek--proof that he was well cared for during his time there.

These people do not have the temperament to be watching your dogs. Full stop.I have the perspective of traveling while my dog was at Pierson Creek Kennels. During that time I encountered people who were kind, patient, and pleasant to their customers. I wasn't in one place either, it happened again and again everywhere I went. It was great to see people's good side and be treated like a human being. I had a great experience, and made some new friends.Then I encountered Keith. I probably interacted with him for 5 seconds before he turned on me. He was short, argumentative, and of course had to have the last word. This was for making a K-turn in his driveway. Had he 1/10th of a second of patience, he would have seen me put the car in reverse. Instead he assumed I was an idiot and I was going to park in middle of the (very small) parking lot. Then when I finally explained what I was doing he shamed me for being "argumentative", when I said "I am not being argumentative" he had to add "THEN DONT!" and stormed off.Anyone with this abusive personality and zero patience should not be watching your dog, or mine. AVOID THIS PLACE.

DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL! My dog became very ill after staying here. I never received any updates from the owner on his condition. It took several days for my dog to recover. The owner, Kyle, is also very rude and unprofessional. If you show up a few minutes late or early he will throw a tantrum and start acting belligerent. There are many other highly qualified kennels out there. Do not use this one.

Great family run business.. we have brought our black Lab there for a few years now and are very satisfied with the service. She seems to enjoy visiting the kennel. We are very lucky to find Pierson kennels very clean establishment.

Awesome place to take your Dog! My Dog wouldn’t eat and they made her Chicken! Kyle and family treat her like she was their own pet. Very Clean! I highly recommend taking your Dog to Pierson Creek.

We've used Pierson Creek Kennels for years. They are kind professional people who treat our dogs as if they were their own. We've had last minute trips that have come up and they've always accommodated us. I would highly recommend this place - especially because our dogs love it there.

We love Pierson Creek! Our dog thinks it’s his vacation spot and he doesn’t want to leave when we come to pick him up. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are lovely.

Made reservations over the phone with Sharon about a month ago. Very nice lady , spoke for about 30 minutes. Originally discussed Friday thru Sunday stay. During our talk she let me know times for drop off and pickup. Upon discovering their limited times I asked to stretch the stay from late Thursday night until Monday morning and she said that's fine. Today is Thursday and they denied my wife at the drop off. When I called to try and rectify Keith answered and upon hearing my name he immediately proceeded to tell me the dog wasn't scheduled and that's that. I explained how his wife must have made a mistake and didn't adjust the original dates like we discussed. He said his wife didn't make a mistake and it was my fault for not checking my email confirmation. I should have checked my email I agree, but it doesn't change the fact that his wife made a mistake, he claims she doesn't make mistakes and since they had available rooms and this situation arose a good business would take care of their customers especially since I was a new customer. THEY HAD THE ROOM AVAILABE BUT SIMPLY DIDNT CHECK HER IN BECAUSE THE COMPUTER SAID SOMETHING DIFFERENT. That is bad business and when confronted he hung up on me and then canceled the whole stay. Keith is a scumbag owner and simply doesn't give a s*** about doing what is right. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, not worth dealing with a rigid ignorant old man such as himself.
