“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”
“I just had my car detailed at Four Seasons Car Wash in New Hope. FANTASTIC job! my car hadn't been washed or detailed since before the pandemic because I work at home and don't drive much at all. I wasn't expecting miracles. the car looks brand new! I called them right after I got home and told them how pleased I was! the seats looked like new, carpets were perfect. windows too. the car is 11 years old, so I especially appreciated how nice they made the seats look.
