What a horrid experience ordering a custom sleeper sofa this has been. It was easy to place an order and take my money but everything else along the way has been inaccurate. Six months of wait turned into nine months. The sofa arrives scuffed and the "we will send the repair person over" has not happened and we are about three months into that. To make matters worse, the designer of the sofa should be kicked in the head and their diploma revoked. The seating dimensions for the standard sofa turned out to be deeper than the sleeper version. Sitting on it is more like a low-rider recliner than a comfortable sofa. It is just terrible. I've spent almost $7,500 for the sofa and surprise, now $600 in cash to the delivery guys. I'm now on the hunt for a replacement sofa. After-sale support from these guys is just dismal.

After a disastrous order process with a UK-based company who kept promising that our chairs were completed and were being shipped but never did, we were so lucky that we found Of Iron & Oak online.From beginning to end, the service was courteous and prompt. We ordered two Prince Ruby velvet Hepburn chairs, and they were absolutely stunning when they came in. And they came in well ahead of schedule, delivered and under 3 months to Texas!They are seriously the nicest piece of furniture in our home, and everybody comments on them when they walk in. Wouldn't be possible for me to be happier with this purchase. Thank you!

Mary Beth and her husband were awesome to deal with and responsive to all my questions and concerns. My couch is of supreme quality and although wait times are difficult right now I am totally satisfied. Most admire the personal touch and the fact that all is American product of outstanding quality. This was my 1st "nice" piece of furniture and I can't say enough good about the service and quality

Loved this store. Marybeth was very enjoyable to work with in designing our sofa. It took a little longer than expected to arrive but only by a couple weeks and when it arrived, we were thrilled. It is gorgeous!I mistakenly left a negative review ( please disregard) with the invoice because I initially thought the sofa was the wrong size. It isn’t. Anthony was willing to come out and assess the situation but he didn’t need to. He explained why the length dimension was a little off.We are thoroughly pleased with our sofa!!Service: Custom furniture

It was The worst experience the customer service is unacceptable placed an order with them they had my money for six months never informed me of change of delivery when I called to inquire they turned around yelling screaming at me on the phone and canceled my order never again I do not do not recommend this store!

We ordered a custom sofa from them last summer. Initially, the communication went well enough and we were sent leather samples to choose from. We placed an order for a chesterfield. We were told it would take about 6 weeks for the sofa to be completed. It arrived about 12 weeks later, which we figured was due to covid manufacturing and shipping challenges. No big deal. That’s when the problems started. We realized the sofa was a few inches shorter than specified. We reached out and the response we got was that it was within their tolerances for size variation.Less than two months into owning our loveseat, the first button popped off. We reached out four times via email and didn’t get a response. We received an upholstery button repair kit in the mail with no correspondence. I didn’t order a custom sofa so I could pick up a new hobby.Shortly after this, I started noticing that one half of the leather seat cushion started becoming discolored. I’ve worked with leather in the past and realize that leather is a natural material and hides can vary. After some back and forth emails, I speak with the owner on the phone. We share some common interests and it was a pleasant conversation. He says he’ll have the factory make a replacement cushion, I just need to send him a leather swatch from the couch. I sent it the next day. Note: at this point, I have reattached three buttons myself.This exchange was on March 1st of this year. I reached out again in July for an update and got a “I will check the status and get back to u”.It is now October and I haven’t heard a word from Anthony. I’ve reattached five buttons at this point.I’m now out a few thousand bucks on a sofa I don’t like. I absolutely do not recommend working with these people.Services: Couches/sofas

I ordered the sofa thinking since it was custom it would be nice....all 3 seating pilliws are different sizes and the backing of couch is terrible its slanted. I called, text, emailed Mary Beth and no respond after delivery. I call their business line and the number was DISCONNECTED. Then a few days later Anthony I speak to Anthony and he give be some crap that all 3 pillows should be different sizes. He is unprofessional....DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE CONS ..I PAID OVER $4000 FOR MY SOFA....THEY ARE NOT WHAT A custom leather company should be

I am in the process of looking for a new Chesterfield. I spoke once with the team and they encouraged me to send in a list of leather samples that I wanted and to do so their their web page. Months went by no samples. I reached out again with some more samples and no response. Needless to say if a company cant keep up with sending an email back in a timely manner then I wonder what happens when I actually order a very expensive piece of furniture. Based not their lack of communication I would steer clear. Unfortunate because I was very interested in their product.

While the products are beautiful (we have a sofa and an ottoman) the customer service is terrible. I have spoken to the owner far too many times for service, and while he tells me he is “emailing himself” my concerns, no follow through on empty promises.

Just received my Langston Chesterfield today and it is gorgeous. I was a little nervous buying online, but Anthony sent me samples and I found the perfect leather to match my end/coffee tables along with my kitchen table. Also recommend the shipping company they use as the delivery drivers were fast and friendly. They obviously were careful when transporting the sofa. Would recommend anyone looking for a well made sofa to check these guys out.

I wouldn't buy a custom silver anywhere else. They took the time sat down with me and did a phenomenal job can't wait for the finished product
