We got our kitchen done during a challenging time when supply chain issues were at their peak. There were some delivery issues caused by the manufacturer but Niece stuck by us and took care of some installation issues we had. They really took good care of us and the quality of product and design was so much than other vendors we talked to.

No communication. Bad customer service. We made an appointment, went to their location and met with a kitchen designer. We were told that he'd review the measurements and notes and get back to us with a design and quote. We were under the impression that would happen within a week or 2. Two weeks later we tried following up with an email to understand what that timeline would be like as we hadnt heard from anyone and no real expectation had been set, and we did not receive any response. On the 3rd week, there was still no email so we called and were told the designer was not in that day. They said they'd ask him to reach out to us. After 3 more days with no call or email, I tried calling again and was told the same thing. I tried asking what the normal turnaround time is for the design stage, and was told only the designer we met with could answer that. They said they'd have him call us. We gave up by the following week. They clearly did not want our business and I'm not sure why, but any level of communication would have been better than this experience. Seriously disappointing. It has been a couple months at this point, and still never received any followup from Niece.

I was looking to create an accent island in my kitchen. Tim G was super helpful, provided a couple of different ideas. We quickly decided on a design and before I knew it my kitchen was transformed! It feels like this piece has been an integral part of my home for years. I admire it every day. Shopping and sourcing local is the way to go - I could not be happier.

Those two guys down in the lumber yard are extremely unhelpful and rude. Terrible experience, probably won’t go back ever again.

Niece lumber is a great place to get quality materialsPlus on special orders turn around time is quick. I've done my kitchen 1 powder room and 1 guest bath room using there cabinet dept cabinet designAll employees are curtious friendly. As goes for the yard employees.

I needed lumber for a small project. My van is too small for the job. Niece gave me a quick quote and delivered the material- which moreover looks of decent quality.
