“Excellent customer service. I came in because I had a battery changed for my watch at another store and they couldn't get the back on. I spoke with Sean when I arrived and he wanted to wait for his cousin Ryan who is the more experienced with watches. Ryan came in and very quickly put the back on the watch. We had a great conversation about watches and the nuances of different types and how to work on them. He clearly knows his craft. I would definitely recommend this family-owned, locla business for watch servicing and they have a great collection of jewelry as well.”

My wife Anna is an artist and owner, Director of Princeton Academy of Art.
