Finkles is awesome! Their old time look and customer service is top notch. I have been going there for years for both my simple needs (household stuff) and my business needs (hardware). They have always come through. Today, Rachel researched a plumbing need I had and solved my issue....as usual.

I ordered steel from here for a project. I called and spoke to Rachel who let me know a bunch of prices and what steel they could supply me. Once I figured out what I wanted I placed my order and my steel was ready and cut for a small price earlier than expected.
