Woodhaven supplied the stairs and installed the out of code nosing on all stairs in the house. Louis Caruso came out and agreed it was a tripping hazard but only a little out of code. Terrible workmanship.

The Woodhaven Lumber and Kitchen Design Center in Lakewood is a great place for kitchen remodel with numerous displays to look at.Designer, Anthony S. at Woodhaven Lumber was fantastic in the design of our kitchen remodel from start to finish. He left no stone unturned.Cabinets were ordered and delivered on time as promised.The wife is extremely happy and that's most important being it is her domain.

I had ordered 16 cases of the Cairo Oak LVP from CoreTec and Willie was my sales rep. He was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't try to overcharge me as did the other sales reps who had previously gave me a quote. He was very honest with me of when I should be expecting the floors as they were backordered and I appreciated that. When my floors arrived 8 of the 16 cases were damaged, I called the flooring department and Tamara and Willie helped me get a replacement order for the 8 cases within 24 hours. Very thankful for their help and quick to act response.

Remodeled our kitchen. Met with John Osborne. Very patient and very professional. He answered all our questions, helped with the design and held our hand thru the whole process .We had a few minor problems which were taken care of immediately. Highly recommend John and Woodhaven. The kitchen came out great.THANKS John

I'm adding this post in addition to one I posted in July. Woodhaven was great in helping with contacting the provider of porch posts I purchased. I had a bad experience with porch posts from Phoenix but Jen from Phoenix made sure to make things right!! Her crew came out and replaced the posts! I appreciate Jen's persistence in making sure her company did the right thing and made sure the customer was happy! That's rare these days!! And after all that's said and done porch looking good!

This place don’t even deserve one star very cheap treaded lumber I built a deck in five days all the lumber split n I was told that’s normal I should of seal it right away never heard such bull I have done more then one deck in my life never seen lumber do this I was told need to use Q8 log oil so more money !! I don’t recommend this place to no one lumber it’s not right quality it’s not there feels like it was made in China

We had the most awesome experience working with Vic at the Pt. Location. He never made us wait for a response on anything. Vic is super efficient and has extensive knowledge on everything. If you are looking for any kind of building materials, floors, doors etc wo hesitation ask for Vic!

After interviewing several companies for replacing our 30-year old vinyl replacement windows with Andersen 400 Series double hung replacements, we chose Woodhaven Lumber to do business with not only because of their competitive price but also because of their organizational professionalism. From working with Bill McDermott in sales, to Jill in the office and Mike (MJS Renovations) and his crew in installation, working with Woodhaven was a pleasure. The job (15 windows; 1 entry door) was done professionally and extremely neatly - better than the job done with the 30-year old vinyl replacements.They truly are a "say what you do and do what you say" organization, unlike some of the other companies we had talked with before choosing Woodhaven Lumber.

Thank you Antony SoluriFor taking your time and having a lot of patience with me . I loved the way you sent the lay out and walked me through it. We worked together on taking out and putting in different things. Plus you came out to Staten Island and met with me and the contractor to see how we were going to do the island. Plus picking out the right floor to match the cabinets. My kitchen came out just gorgeous and beautiful . Thank you so much
