The location is great plenty of parking, staff is great. I've been a customer since moving aka covid. The only big draw back is no loyalty program. No acknowledgement for the customer who keeps coming. Thus I have been going to other stores that do acknowledge the repeat customer.
FYI, they are not the best prices in town.

First time there - no matter what I was looking for, it was easy to find. The wine cellar has the largest vintage variety around. Everyone helpful, great prices and discounts, glad I finally found a great place for good wine.

We've always had a difficult time finding an excellent Chianti - Campobello after this was our favorite red wine. We found Wine Academy via google search and found out that I could buy a case of it, discounted. I jumped on the opportunity to order it and visit the place for pickup. The person who assisted us went out of his way to talk about this wine and, when I asked if he kept this in stock, he advised me to call to order it and he'll do everything he could to get it for me. With that kind of service I won't be shopping anywhere else for our wine purchases. The store was incredibly stocked with various wines from around the world.
