I just moved into Washington Square and I couldn’t be happier! The property manager Bernadeta really took care of me. Was always there to help me with anything I need in such a fast timely manner and my apartment is sooooo beautiful, she truly gave me the best of the best. Way better than what I expected.

Leaved here for 7 years, I had best experience ever very spacious rooms, bathroom in a master bedroom and another by next to other Bedroom. Chill out place in between the Apts, 1 major kids playground that my kids enjoyed slides and swings. Elevator and so on, very reliable maintenance and very nice Lady by office who whose response was wonderful. I will miss the place and will recommend anyone looking for a place to call home. Even the movers were a messed of the cleanliness in the apartments.

I have lived at Washington Square for over 10 years. Bernadette the Property Manager is amazing. She is very helpful when you need something she gets it done quickly. Don't ever need to hesitate she is helpful. Her Maintenance Employees are very nice and helful as well.They greet you with a friendly hello Thank you for all you do Bernadette and Staff.

I've been here almost 5yrs and not gonna lie , since Bernadeta became management things turned around dramatically.... Orders all being tooking care of quickly and property is being kept very clean daily. ?

I really enjoy leaving in Washington Square Apartments. Its clean, quien and beautiful. The management its awesome!
