To whom it may concern,I recently had work done at the Mr. Tire Lakewood 2023 Madison Ave, on my power steering cooling system at the service center mentioned above. I dealt directly with your store manager Anthony Giorgio. I left the car at Mr Tire in the morning. Anthony called me within the hour with the diagnoses of my car and the estimate. Unfortunately, it was a dealer part and I would be without a car for 2 days. I told Anthony that I would have to borrow my mother's car leaving her stranded at home for the 2 days. As it turns out the part came in early and Anthony ensured it was installed by next day for the exact price estimated plus a small discount from the website coupon. Furthermore, Anthony saved the old part for me to show me exactly what happened and where the part blew out.At the same time that we picked up my car it just happened that my wife dropped her phone in the parking lot and we didn't realize till we drove away. While locking up Anthony found the phone called us to inform us he locked it away for us to pick up the following day. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received at Mr Tire and Anthony is an exceptional Manager. They are so rude here and incompetent ridiculous prices , double charge u for parts God forbid u stand by YOUR car they make ignorant comments like you know what you doing to the mechanic that's fixing YOUR car, so unprofessional I will be calling corporate since supervisor isn't doing anything about it he's just as immature as them.
