Nice store. Lots of stuff on the floor to look at. Plenty of options to customize pieces found in store. Lots of promos, sales, and deals as well. We worked with Matt who was very helpful but also not pushy, which we appreciated. We hope to be back soon to make a final decision and purchase some furniture

Randi helped us and was super nice! My grandma ordered a new couch and Randi helped her pick the special order colors out. The only bad thing was the insane children running around and jumping on the beds. The other sales associates and management should tell the parents and kids to behave.

People need to be aware of the truth behind this place. Went in to buy something today and although I know it isn’t the best, I was willing to do so for the simplicity of having decent furniture in a new home. I was all good until the sales person started pushing the “interest free financing”. I know the reasoning behind this “offer” and it’s terrible to begin with but to add insult to injury she said “let’s just get your names in the system and see if you are approved” To keep entertaining this to see how bad they really are, I asked “does this mean an inquiry on our reports, and if so hard or soft?” She goes “yea, it’s a hard credit check” If I didn’t ask she would have ran our credit reports (as I’m sure she has done with many others) like it was checking to see if something was in stock. They need to be more transparent on this nonsense because when they try to hide it, it comes across like a typical sleezy sales tactic. STAY AWAY
