Customer service at this location is non existent . UPS as a whole has very poor communication. If a package has a wrong address, and you PAID for OVERNIGHT shipping and you correct it first thing in the morning, it still won't go out until the next business day. You can't call your local UPS Customer center it's always the 1800 number. Many of the boxes shipped are received damaged. It seems the people handling the boxes are careless with them. I would expect better.

Speechless. I was doing a delivery for ups critical, and the counter person was beyond disrespectful and disgusting. I had to sit outside in my car at the end, and have them bring me the package to deliver to the customer after 2 hours, of this guy laughing at me and insinuating things like I was trying to steal a phone. He said things like how can you deliver if you are not part of the union, or that he called the police on another guy like me the other day. He was very racist and full of hatred, you could tell by how frustrated he was with me by just looking at me. UPS as a large global company should probably do better.

I was just in the Lakewood New Jersey customer center I dealt with the man at the front desk who is with UPS for 43 years in my 38 years of customer service I have never treated a customer the way that man did, he is deplorable and deserves to be relieved of his duties and retire again I was going to pick up a package after I did the proper protocol to pick up that package drove two and a half hours to lakewood's customer service center and that man with two trucks on the premises said he would not go in the truck to get my package someone needs to contact me immediately.

If ordering supplies for a business, do not expect delivery during posted business hours, even when requested. When calling, expect the automated system to take up the bulk of your time without any resolution. Your clients will have to wait.
Best to choose a different carrier. This is a consistent problem. Abysmal service.

This would be a zero stars a really important package that can’t be replaced stolen from me and ups customer service doesn’t help out at all I will be getting the police involved its a really big package shouldn’t be easy to steal such a large package and the drivers name is Danny who last had the package in the photos I have

I had a very heavy box so I pulled up closer to unload and my son will take the box while I go to park. Instead of dragging the box across the parking lot. The ups man from inside came out yelling at me. When I told him it was an extremely heavy box and I wasn’t parking there he yelled again!

My package has been late for a week because the driver pretends that he/she attempts to deliver the package, but no adult available for signature which is not real. We have at least one adult home all the day long every day. The worst experience I've ever had in five countries is with UPS.

Let's just start by saying John at the desk is very rude and unprofessional. He was being very sarcastic about how I packaged my stuff. Everything was bubble wrapped and labeled. he was arrogant about how he worked at UPS for 20+ years. He said that it's 50/50 chance that my stuff gets delivered for no given reason. He rushed me out of the office in such a rude way and wouldn’t give me a receipt of the tracking to insure my stuff gets delivered. John is a very angry person, he either needs to retire or find a new job lol.

I need help! My package was supposed to be delivered here but they sent it to me at 301 E Oak Ave, Lawnside, NJ 08045. My order information was not wrong and I cannot receive my package now.
