All I can say is buyer beware. The customer service is terrible, for one. Waiting over 30 minutes to be helped is unacceptable. Once helped, was treated like crap. It seems that there is a cult following there. If you are not a regular? Good luck. Second, the repairs are sub par. Our fine jewelry is precious and should be treated with care. There are so many other places to give your business to. I love how Rob S. who posted a review on 5/31/2018 is aghast at how anyone could rate this place 1 star. He says we should be ashamed. Just imagine if he was one of us who had a bad experience? I'll bet ol Rob would be singing a different tune. Anyway, you've been warned.

This is an amazing establishment. Great service and family based. I found them later in life after having a father in the jewelry business most of my adult life. Caring, creative, affordable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I moved to FL and I still ship any thing I need help with. Even when Tom is working on his tan, his staff still gives 100%. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I stopped into the Howell location and was told I would be better severed at the Lakewood location that they have jeweler on site. I never thought about going into Lakewood but I am glad I did. They where professional and the work was excellent. The jeweler replaced my stone where you could see the work being done ( as it should be ) The price was excellent as well.

My first time buying jewelry and was looking to buy a silver or gold necklace. I walked in and the lady told me they don’t have any gold / silver necklaces in the store, showed me a catalog and said I’d have to order from the catalog only. Since it was my first time buying jewelry like that, I need to see what I’d be buying first. Wasted a trip there, and bought from Kay Jewelers and Jared instead.

An absolutely wonderful jewelry store. Very friendly, courtesy service from the owner to the employees. Beautiful new and old jewelry and watches. They can change a battery or totally redesign a family heirloom for you. I'm a long time customer and I always recommend them to anyone I ever speak to about jewelry.

Two City Jewelers is an excellent place to buy gifts, especially for my wife. If there is a small wait, it's worth the wait because the service the staff gives you is excellent.

Extremely dishonest! Charged me way more than normal due to item being an expensive item. They said only one person can do this item which I knew was not true because it was just a screw. Horrible!! Would not recommend! The one who helped me had a smirk the entire time…

My friend bought his watch there to get a battery fixed they flipped out the hole inside from an expensive watching and put in A stupid mechanism that probably cost a dollar to put in he just can’t get his battery switched and it broke a couple days later

You will not find any nicer, courteous and professional craftsmen and women anywhere. I'm lucky to live nearby but wherever you are you will not find better courtesy and customer service. The owner, Tom, pays special and personal attention to every customer with infectious enthusiasm and a big smile no matter how big or small your needs are. They have done minor fixes to major restorations for me and every time they have been flawless with original sourced parts. If I could say one other thing besides competence it would be integrity and local community support.

Tom is the best jeweler in all of Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Honest, caring and truly knows he trade. He truly cares about each customer and their pieces when they walk in the door. What I love about Twin City Jewelers is the work is done on site. The knowledge lends to stunning pieces. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even during an extremely busy Christmas rush they take their time with their customers. My husband Jack and I felt like we were the only people in a busy store. Five stars all the way. Definitely recommend.
