I ordered a faux leather tablecloth for Passover. It looked beautiful online and had many positive reviews. When it arrived and I spread it out on the table, the folds were very prominent. The folds did not relax after a full weekend on the table --unused. It was also extremely bulky so I didn't think it would ever really "relax" and look smooth. I emailed to say this was not how the tablecloth was represented and wanted to send it back. That email was ignored. I sent it again. It was ignored. I called the store, left messages with the manager that were not returned, and finally got to an online department, explained my complaint, and was told the manager would try to get back to me. A few hours later, I got an email saying it was "too late" to send it back (I had it for 3 weeks, more than one of which was Passover when they were closed) and that they also couldn't take it back because it was "used." They offered nothing for my trouble, no offer of an alternate item, nothing showing they cared about customer service. First and absolutely last time I will do business with them. Disgraceful behavior from a frum company.
