I ordered 2 hoverboards Nov. 18th I've called and email no one have gotten back to me they gave me a bogus conformation number please help this are a Christmas present

We had a bad experience with one of our space chariots after we had to send it to get replaced. They are so unprofessional that Kevin left a bad review about our company which he knows nothing about.
