low prices! Good clothes! Some are used in excellent condition and some are brand new.

My wife loves shopping here. Huge selection. Great options, great prices. And friendly staff.
But the only picture on Google is of a car parked taking up the two spots in front of the entrance. I don't know why it's bothering me so much. But I wish other ppl would take some pictures and that one would get deleted or pushed down the list so I don't have to see it every time I search Serendipity to put into my GPS.

We loved our experience. We got tons and tons of stuff for really great prices. My kids are set for camp. My yeshiva bachor set with white shirts and kippahs!!

Serendipity used to be an amazing and ehrlich place to shop and donate clothing. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill. This is a long review - but stay with me, it’s worth it. It will save you a trip. Today I went in and found a pair of sneakers and a purse. I came to the register with my items and I asked the price for the sneakers. The cashier said $8, placing the shoes in the bag. She then looked at the purse I had found and saw it was Coach. She then told me she cannot sell me the bag as it is a “designer” item. She then took a look at the shoes she had place in the bag that she was ready to sell to me, then told me that the shoes were designer as well and could not sell them to me either. She then said I can leave my name, phone # and descriptions of the items and she’ll call me. This is the second time this happened to me! Erev Pesach I was looking for clothing and found a beautiful skirt and top. Both pieces happened to be designer and the same situation occurred at the register with the same person. I never heard from the store. I called the store everyday for two weeks following - nothing. I came in and confronted the same lady at the register and all she could say was “it got lost”. They have no policy for “designer” items until you find them. Everything is listed in the store as “new” or “used” and prices vary based on that. There are no signs discerning designer items and their prices from regular brand names. This store RUNS ON PEOPLES DONATIONS! Serendipity, if you put items out customers should be able to purchase them. You are not paying for these items - people are DONATING them from their closets. They’re DONATING these items for people to use and enjoy, not for you to take home or do whatever it is you do with them because you clearly do not sell them to customers. People, think twice before donating your nicer items here. I wish Serendipity was the same store as when it first opened.

Very impressed! Beautiful store. Organized. Great selection of clothing in great condition. Every community should have such a store! Lots of new clothing with tags still on!

A huge beautiful place sorted and very tidy
The prices do not match the purpose of the place (Gamach) the new ones at store prices and second hand are not high enough quality and can be discounted

There are some real buys here, but the clothing sizes on the racks mean nothing as either the customers or the staff do not return them to the right place. My first visit and I thought it was an interesting adventure!

Little squished hanger poles. Great bRgIns,etc.Opinion: people forget/or don't care where they put discRdsd other. Like most stores, they should have one rack for such,and staff show put back. I found wrong stuff in wrong places
