“The storage location is easy to access, and the promotional deal price I got is great. I intend to rent the unit for very very long time (probably forever as long as the price is kept within my budget), so the location and price were the two huge factors for me to decide this renting.Also, I would like to acknowledge that Joe the store manager is very nice and friendly. He insisted to sweep my rental storage unit with a broom even when I told him that he didn't need to. This shows his professionalism and great customer service. ? I am very happy. “Container arrived on time. The driver/operater, Tommy, was great. Very friendly and accomodating. Had to do a little gymnastics to get the container into an awkward spot, but he did it like a pro.I'd give them a 5 star if customer service was a little easier to reach. I had to use chat as reaching by phone was gonna be over an hour wait each time. But I will say the customer service rep on chat was friendly and helpful.”
