“I’m giving 4 stars bc I brought a pool vacuum which cost me over 100$ along with a 20$ item back for Amazon returns. . Somehow only the 20$ item was scanned and went through the return process. I would have given One star if it wasn’t for TOM. Tom was SUPER friendly . Went out of his way to try and help me find where my package could have been sent and why it wasn’t showing in the system. He was courteous, Friendly, and chose to go out of his way to try and help me when another worker said “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ TOM GETS A FIVE STAR RATING and is the ONLY reason I’m not leaving a negative review over all. He absolutely has manager qualities and knows how to take control of a situation with respect and a smile while still remaining professional. I’m not sure if I will get the money back for my lost item due to my mistake of not checking that the receipt did in fact have both items on it, but dealing with tom is the only reason I would even return to this store after someone else made the mistake of not scanning my more expensive item for return.”

At almost closing time, we took a little longer than expected to complete our task.The gal tried to be helpful, but she just couldn't understand what it was that we were trying to accomplish.Because she was kind, Fedex gets 4 stars. “I entered the Howell Staples store seeking direct assistance to copy photos for an ancestor wall in my home. I was at an important phase in the project, and I needed the support of someone on staff who was well-versed, patient, and could provide suggestions. How fortunate for me that, Lelaine, the store Assistant Manager stepped in to assist me. WOW! Talk about someone focused, professionally competent, patient, and courteous. Lelaine was all that, and, as it's said, "A side of fries!" I left the store with more than I could have hoped for with the quality of the photos and food for thought she provided regarding completing the ancestor wall in my home. I am so grateful that Lelaine stepped in to provide me with GOLD STAR customer service!
I would also like to thank a young man, Sebastian, who was the employee that initially approached me. Although other customers were seeking his attention he took the time to provide courteous initial assistance before Lelaine stepped in to contribute her expertise and complete the service needed.
