Our representative, Eugene, provided us with exemplary service! We searched online, visited Pine Belt Subaru and purchased our vehicle in the same day! I am very pleased with the vehicle and am a Subaru repeat customer. This is my 5th Forester and I love the comfort, safety, mileage and interior features. Their extended service plan helps me rest easy as the miles add up. Pine Belt Subaru is well worth the drive! I felt welcomed and taken care of! ?????

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and top-notch service from Eugene. We went over every aspect of my new Subaru, making my experience both exciting and informative. Overall, this was one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. Eugene never made me feel, rushed or pressured, as can sometimes happen when buying a car. This is my first Subaru, but I can certainly say ,Pine belt Subaru has earned themselves a lifetime customer!

I had the best customer service with Seamus. If you ever decide to get a Subaru, ask for Seamus when you walk in. Seamus treats his customers as his equal and goes over and beyond to help them. He checks in regularly over the phone to ensure everything is going smoothly and makes himself available to you if you need anything for your car. He is very warm and welcoming. If there were training needed for customer service, Seamus would be the prime example of what that should be. Many thanks to him!

I shared my concerns about Subaru of America Customer advocate never returning calls. Pine Belt keeps calling me to buy or lease a new Subaru. After a final attempt to ask the dealership Pine Belt Subaru Manager Michael Marquand said, via email:"Best of luck in your future car endeavors."Why would you buy a Subaru if the manufacturer *AND* dealership management basically tell you "Hey, that's just how it is when you buy a Subaru. Deal with it."If that's "how it is", why should *you* buy one?That's the general manager of the dealership saying this.Consider that carefully before buying.

Walked into Pine Belt Subaru and was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. I was paired up with Cecilia! She was able to help me along the journey. We didn’t settle the first day but I was able to come back later and completed the trade in and purchase! I wasn’t rushed or felt the pressure to buy. Thank you again!

Eugene Pascucci, Jr. was outstanding in helping my mom with her first Subaru purchase. He went above and beyond and his attention to detail was excellent! I recently bought a Subaru 2024 Outback here and I love it! Part of what made the purchase great was the people at Pine Belt - Alma the saleswoman, the insurance and finance people - everyone! And the best part was the final “lesson” they offer where you spend an hour in your car with their rep learning the systems and answering your questions that arise in the first couple weeks of ownership. I got to work with Diamond and not only was she smart and efficient, answering all my little questions, she also was able to set up my “garage door” opener function for me. It’s a big deal because my previous Lexus had been almost impossible for Lexus to figure out how to make work for my electronic driveway gate. So when I got home from my “lesson” and was able to open the gate with no trouble - I was sold AGAIN! Subaru is the best - and it’s people make it the best!

I came into the Pine Belt Subaru dealership inquiring about vehicle features and other general information. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and the entire team there was super helpful! Shawn Harris did an exceptional job assisting me and answering all of my questions. Shawn even demonstrated how the features in the new Outback operate. I most definitely received first class service at this location. I’ve refered Pine Belt Subaru to my circle of friends and family and anyone else who is in the market for a highly reliable and dependable vehicle.

The staff here is amazing!!! They treat all of their customers like family. I had the pleasure of working with Eugene and Stephan. They got me in and out in a good and made the car buying process so much easier than most car dealers. I would recommend anyone to get a car with them.

The GM and his sales staff have a great system that ensures the clients needs get put first every time. They helped my Daughter get into a new car lease and it was by far the best option for her, she was able to secure the car, monthly payments, and down payment she wanted and needed, 100% satisfied and highly recommend shopping here before you commit to anyone else.

I am definitely the type of person who shops multiple car dealerships, both online and in-person. Buying a new car is too big an investment not to. Over the past month or so, I contacted several Subaru dealerships, visiting three different dealerships to compare prices. My shopping started and ended at Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood. I initially met with Pine Belt salesperson Pharnel Louis in early October and he was very personable, patient, and helpful. The last thing customers want is a pushy salesperson and Pharnel was not that at all. He gave me great information on my first visit and followed once over the next two weeks. His patience paid off and after shopping the market, I returned and purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Premium.The entire Pine Belt Subaru team treated me with respect and showed true interest in making the car buying experience as best as possible. This included not only Pharnel, but also the cashier who was very friendly and nice, the finance manager explained everything well, and the general manager of the dealership went out of his way to speak twice with me and my wife. They gave me the best price and it was a pleasurable experience. All in all, Pine Belt Subaru made me feel like a valued customer and is a dealership that I would strongly recommend for your next Subaru purchase!

A few weeks back my car was flooded in the storms we had come through in New York and was deemed a total loss. It was a really upsetting and not an easy pill to swallow. I knew of Pine belt from growing up in the area so I immediately started to look through there inventory of car knowing they had a bunch to offer . After getting an idea of what I wanted and hearing from insurance about my payout I reach out to Eugene .He was super helpful and nice enough to work with me after explaining my situation.When I finally showed up he made me feel like family and got me into a beautiful car. The whole experience was great especially with the puppy adoption event they had going on that day . Over all extremely happy to have delt with Eugene and Pine Belt. All my questions and concerns were addressed and never felt forced into anything.Thank you again!!
