they are the most uneducated group of sales and service personne. It takes them weeks to get back to you but only after you contact the BBB. And still give you the run around

Dealership is holding my tags and registration because they made a mistake in my taxes and tags until I pay $402 more. I have bought many of vehicles and never have I had so many problems with a dealership.

Wasted 90 minutes of my life getting lowballed on my trade in. The dealership is close to my home so hoping against hope I thought maybe ethical standards had somehow been absorbed by osmosis into the veins of management over the past 20 years. No way; steer clear unless you have both time and money to waste.
