“My Tiana has never been to a groomer before. My husband and I would do it. Do to him passing away I brought my Tiana to Barone’s. They treated her so great I couldn’t be more happier. They took there time with her and she has another appointment in January. I would highly recommend them and you will be happy you brought your fur baby there. “Took 2 dogs here, they did great both times. Kasey is the best, she gave our fur baby the best cut yet, very clean and sharp. Prices are also very reasonable and the best part is the time?! 2 hours or less, this keeps a very happy and less anxious dog. Highly recommend!”

“I've been going to this pet shop for about 40yrs. Never had one complaint with them. Excellent staff very extremely helpful. I've bought so many pets there my whole life. Now I go there with my kids. Reptiles and furry animals is what I always bought and now I do the same with my kids. Has to be the #1 pet shop to go too. Will recommend this place to anyone and if they've been in business this long that should tell you something about this place.”

“Customer service is pretty good- there are not many employees working the floor, and this is not their fault- I’d imagine they payroll and hours they have for the store are pretty minimal (as a previous retail manager) that being said the employees who are the eye and stocking and working are available to stop and drop whatever they are doing to answer your questions and take you to where you need to go to find the items you are looking for. The cashiers are also just as friendly and competent-The only down side to pet smart Is the corporate pricing- way too high-they pals program is ok but you have to be diligent in adding offers to your account, or you can miss out on savings.”

“Highland Kennel takes great care of our two Rotties! It's obvious they treat our dogs like family, because every time we pull into the driveway, the pups can't wait to go inside! We know they're in great hands at Rescue Ridge's Highland Kennel!”

The young man who responded to the location was professional and collected the Eaglet to transport to the local avian rescue shelter. It was a convoluted phone challenge but the Toms River Animal Rescue team was phenomenal.”

“Been coming to this location for years, but recently used their dog training services. The trainer (Linda) was excellent: she was very knowledgeable, and provided us with the exact tools/knowledge we needed to train our new pup. You can tell how much she loves dogs. If this review were just about her, it would've been an easy 5/5. But she is an outlier among a staff that sometimes can be very indifferent towards its customers. Sometimes I feel like they don't want us to be there. Their products can be a little pricey, but I guess I can't complain much because it's a convenient location.”
“We adopted Loki from the Jersey Shore Animal center. He was treated there very well by all the staff. To this day, the staff enjoys when he visits. They all take pride in their accomplishments with all the animals there. When the time comes to get another pet, then I will definitely be heading here! I cannot recommend this place enough.”

“This is an unusual store because it has something other locations do not, corals for your Reef tank. In addition, they are priced right and every one that I have bought so far has not only survived, but thrived. Of course, the fish selection of saltwater specimens is not too shabby either. I was actually very surprised they have a deeply knowledgeable person who could name each coral by name and recommended something very specific to my need. Impressed for sure. This is a highly recommended store for any aquarist.”
