Always great dealing with Brian at On Site. Kind of funny how the last 3 one star reviews came in at the same time complaining about the same thing which is literally impossible to do and get away with in this industry. Dont fix your truck and still charge you? And you paid? Sounds like someones salty.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. This company lied about the deadline and ability to fix the problem in my truck for a whole week, that is, a week without work. They didn't fix anything and they even charged me for doing nothing, horrible job guys. I don't recommend ever!

Great customer service but take several attempts of fixing anything and everything to find the issue with the truck. You will most likely overspend because of questionable techs.
