I've purchased parts for my car two different times first time the part came broken out of the box. The second time I ordered a part there was a defect in the part that the manufacture of part is aware of. I spoke with the manager and asked for store credit for this defective part she said no that's not allowed due to company policy. I also tried to contact the company directly and have not received a response.

Very bad treatment from the manager, she treats you like trash, and the truth is she treats her employees badly, she has a bad temper all the time, the manager feels as if she were the owner of that store, she kicks you out of the place, she says she's not going to help, she smokes marijuana or Sometimes it is in the effects of marijuana, the truth is that they should change that person and give their manager's place to the Hispanic girl. The truth is, she treats the client well better than that American woman, she is really a bad person.
